We had an absolutely beautiful stay at Casa Gordon. Everything was spotless, stylish, and even better than the photos. The staff was fantastic, and Chef Luis and his team delivered unforgettable meals with incredible flavor and stunning presentation. Patricia, the property manager, was wonderful to work with and made everything seamless. Our family had such a wonderful time here and loved every moment. Will be returning!

Amazing stay!

Everything from check in to check out was amazing. We were taken care of from the moment we stepped on the property. First time staying in a house that was not a resort and it was great. Amazing and beautiful secluded location. Staff took care of everything we needed. Looking forward to boing again in the future.

Cozumel relaxation

The house is just as described with a lovely pool and fantastic beach. The best part was the warm, friendly staff. Everyone was helpful and accommodating.

Heaven on Earth

Casa Gordon is on a beautiful beach on Cozumel. The house and pool are great. The house is huge. It is about 25 minutes out of town. The staff took care of our every need. The food was amazing. If your looking for a totally relaxing retreat Casa Gordon is for you.

More than you can imagine!

Our stay at Casa Gordon was simply amazing. In every facet, it was better than we could have imagined. From the beautiful home that was immaculate to the stunning views, the natural serenity of the surrounding forest to the simply amazing food. The only thing that was better was the staff, their hospitality, and kindness simply cannot be topped. You wont be disappointed!

Exceptional private, fully staffed Cozumel resort

My group of 14 friends just returned from our truly amazing 5 night stay at this beautiful property in January 2023. The property is beautifully maintained. We arranged for on-site yoga and massages during our stay, which Patricia helped coordinate. The food and service that we enjoyed was truly exceptional. Chef Luis and his staff went above and beyond. The seafood soup is gourmet quality. Do not miss the Banana Foster! I would wholeheartedly recommend this property and cannot wait to book a return visit.

Fantastic getaway

Just got back from the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation ever. The staff were excellent and filled all of our wants and needs, by far exceeded expectations. Chef Luis provided the most delicious meals that were presented as well as they tasted. I can't say enough about the experience and am in the process of securing next years stay. Thank you so much. Very good and may return again

As good as it looks in the photos. Food and food staff excellent. Pool spectacular, downstairs rooms all great. Private, perfect for our 11 family (adult) group.No simple amenities (soap, shampoo etc) should be easy to provide. General manager was not proactive and pretty invisible.Needs a little TLC in places (railing to beach access rotted).All in all this was a very good stay and delivered vs expectations.

Thank you for taking time to review Casa Gordon. It was unfortunate that the railing to the wooden bridge to the beach decided to break during your stay due to rotting at the nail joints. Two members of the kitchen crew are the craftsman for this natural feature and busy with chef service duties so they were unable to repair it while you were there. They even make it with natural wood from our jungle. It was immediately rebuilt after your departure. Since we are not a hotel we are unable to purchase small amenities such as shampoo and conditioner on the island. However, we do provide small bars of soap that we bring on the plane from the US. We do mention that we don't provide those amenities in our "Welcome to Casa Gordon" which is emailed a few weeks before travel. Our general manager, is on property in a small office and available from 10 am to 3 pm and takes an unobtrusive role at Casa Gordon. However, she is available if you go to the office and can help with issues like getting taxis, restaurant suggestions, massages or if you need to report a maintenance issue. The Casa Gordon team hopes you will consider returning sometime in the near future.

Vacation meets ultimate relaxation

We had the best time. Both families agreed this was one of the best vacations either had ever had!! The food was amazing, views, weather, service. All of it! We saw dolphins in the morning with coffee. Rescued a lobster from fishing string, saw sting rays and a sea turtle snorkeling. Deep sea fishing, massages on the balcony, the list goes on and all wonderful. Life long memories were made. We hope to return. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

60th birthday vacation

One family, three different households. My sisters 60 birthday and my grandson birthday. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the manager and staff. The property felt like a lost paradise. The meals were all prepared for us, and the menu was superb. I almost felt I had to much food. The staff kept the place neat and tidy the whole 6 days we were there. They took care of every need. Drinks were available at any time you felt like one. The pool is so refreshing, I’ve been to resort and the pools are always lukewarm at best. This pool was cool and inviting always. The beach is about 50 steps away and enjoyable to swim in too. Paddle boarding and kayaking was awesome. The sea life was abundant. Just can’t say enough about this place. Five Stars and A+

Family Reunion Dream Vacation

We booked our 5 night stay with Casa Gordon over a year ago. Let me tell you. This place is an absolute dream! Pictures do not do it justice. The rooms are all very comfortable and everyone has a place to have a quiet moment when needed. The pool is so incredible and having it all to yourselves is magical ! We ate dinner ever night out on the deck and watching the sunset every night while having an incredible meal by chef louis and his staff and being with your loved ones is something indescribable. An absolute dream. Patricia was so amazing to deal with while planning the stay and assuring all meals would be accomadated for every need. (We needed some vegan meals and kid friendly meals ) . This will go down in our books as our favourite vacation with my exteded family of 14 !! Book this place !! You will NOT regret it!! Wish we could make it an annual trip ! Thank you to everyone at Casa Gordon!

Blended sibling vacation

This was our 1st vacation as siblings and after this experience we plan on more. Casa Gordon exceeded our expectations. Not only is the property amazing the food and staff made our stay over the top. Be sure to budget in a great tip because you will want to tip more than you brought. We were treated like we were at our own private 5 star all inclusive. It is a 20-25 minute drive from town (40$ taxi each direction). We did not have the need to go into town. Everything thing we needed or wanted was there. A few of us were divers and the boat picked us up and dropped us off on our beach so we only needed to get to the marina once for gear fitting. We just had to walk out to about waist deep. There are pool floats (4 additional after our stay), blue tooth speaker, and too many other amenities. We brought more than we needed. The house is big and has several areas to just get away and relax if needed. The massages on the terrace were outstanding. They have a taxi driver, George that goes the extra mile. I could go on and on. We will be back!

Perfection!

This house was so amazing. It was every bit the same as the pictures. It is large and spread out, great for a big group, everyone can have their own space if needed. The pool was delicious and the beach was private and perfect. The staff at this house are incredible wonderful human beings. They cook very delicious food and are so genuinely warm and loving. I cannot wait to come back to this house.

Vacation Right Out of a Novel

Casa Gordon is an old world Mexican Villa with all the charm and elegance you can imagine. We brought our adult children and grandchildren and created one of our best family memories ever. The staff was incredibly attentive and we were impressed at every meal how they catered to us. I’ve never experienced that level of service. Patricia is wonderful to work with and Chris set up jet skiis, parasailing, and massage right at the house. Aldora Divers was also able to pick us up in their dive boat right from the beach. If you want a vacation that is right out of a novel Casa Gordon is the one.

Fantastic trip

This villa was Perfect for a Family trip of 12. Let’s start with Chef Luis and his crew. OUTSTANDING!! Every meal had homemade items from bread, tortillas, fruits, pies, cakes, guacamole, and many more. Having the clean amazing pool right outside the patio kept all of us busy, especially the kids. We all enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The manager answered all our questions and taxi service was available for our 2 nights out, of which we experienced great food as well. We totally enjoyed the centerpieces that they made for our dining room dinners. We could not have been more please. It was a trip of a lifetime! Thank you all!!

Amazing Luxury Vacation Experience

Our family had the most amazing vacation at Casa Gordon. The property is gorgeous and well maintained, with a very secluded feel for complete relaxation. The house has a beautiful grand living room and ample large gathering spaces for games, dining, watching movies or just sitting outside enjoying the gorgeous ocean view. There it is also the option for privacy, with every bedroom having a private terrace and bathroom. The pool was great and thoroughly enjoyed by our entire party. The ocean water was gorgeous and we were able to go kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling whenever the mood struck. Water shoes are a must with the beach having a fair amount of rocks and shells. While the setting was perfect and exactly as shown in the pictures, what made this experience exceptional was the staff at the house. Chris, the manager checked in with us daily to ensure everything was going well. She also arranged for rental cars to be delivered to the house and offered to help with any other tours or questions we had. The chef service is an absolute must and an unexpected highlight of the trip. Not having to plan meals, shop, cook or even arrange reservations for a large party made every meal a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Not only was the food outstanding for every single meal, but the top notch service made each meal feel like we were eating at a 5 star restaurant. The entire staff was so kind, learned the names of the children and their preferences and did bartending for our entire group (margaritas, virgin strawberry daquiris, etc.) for the evening meals. As soon as we returned home, I wanted to start planning our next trip to Casa Gordon!

The perfect beach vacation

An amazing property down a dirt driveway and sitting on a secluded beach. Far enough outside of town to be away from the cruise ships and their passengers. The house is stunning and the staff is very attentive but not intrusive. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Chef Luis was accommodating of our pickier eaters and also prepared amazing ceviche from the fish we caught. Once you’re there you won’t want to leave. We are already planning our next stay at Casa Gordon.

BEST VACA EVER!

My family and I (16 people in total, ranging from 3-74yrs), had the most amazing time at Casa Gordon. The house, Chris (the house manager), Chef Luis and Martin, as well as every other staff member, provided unparalleled service. It was beautiful, clean, delicious, luxurious, and comfortable. All 16 of us LOVED our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

Thanksgiving Holiday

The property was great and the staff amazing. I can’t say enough about the food. Every meal was fantastic. The chef even Made handmade buns for the burgers and shredded coconut from our tree to make the shrimp. The beach is beautiful and there are lots of kayaks and paddle boards to use. We had wave runners delivered one day and a dive boat picked us up from the beach on another. Bring lots of cash since none of the activities take credit cards. The only thing that I would change is that they should provide shampoo in the showers. We had to go out and buy a bunch of tiny bottles since not everyone brought their own. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family vacation. We paid a little extra and hired Jimmy the bartender to come for happy hour every night. Well worth it.

Picture perfect in every way!

I don't even know where to begin to express our thrill from our stay at Casa Gordon. I suppose I should start with the staff. From the moment we arrived we bonded with them, especially Chef Luis and Martin who cut no single corner on serving our needs. The food too was not only amazing but so clean and healthy which was exactly what we wanted for our healthy active lifestyle. The grounds are immaculately manicured, and the house was perfect in every way. The beach is huge and sandy with a volleyball net which provided much entertainment. The rooms are clean and well furnished with furnishings in good working order. My personal preference would be for more luxurious beddings than was offered but they were definitely adequate. The house and grounds are so private at the end of the island down a private drive. We were there with our adult children and our 8 year old daughter (9 of us total) and we really enjoyed the gathering spaces as well as opportunity for our own privacy with the layout of the house. The house manager Chris can set up any excursion you want from snorkel trips to scuba or parasailing and even private transfer back to the airport. I think the biggest compliment I can offer is, "would I stay elsewhere?" No way..... I might find an equally beautiful home but could never find another home with equivalent amenities AND a staff as amazing as Casa Gordon's. This vacation rental does not disappoint.
