océan de luxe condo face dans un bâtiment à mi-montée de première classe idéalement situé à la Ville Centre Cozumel. Le condo est professionnellement décoré et offre toutes les commodités de la maison. Il ya à manger, la plongée et autres activités nautiques et de shopping à distance de marche. Sur place, salle de gym, tennis, piscine et bain à remous chauffé. location de l'eau de sport, spa de jour, jeep et de location de scooters sont à proximité, les références peuvent être fournis. L'unité dispose de la télévision, Internet haute vitesse, la sécurité 24 heures, et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Le bâtiment est accessible et dispose de 2 ascenseurs. L'unité est gérée par Chris et Victoria. Nous sommes américains et vivons à Cozumel depuis 10 ans, dont 8 à Palmar. Nous sommes là pour vous aider avec tous vos besoins. This condo was perfect for my husband and I. It was comfortable and well appointed. Super clean and walking distance to restaurants and dive shops. We’d love to stay again.

Perfect as always!

It's the most gorgeous gorgeous condo with the most gracious hosts. Close enough to everything, yet away from the cruise ship crowds and hustle of the main town. Immaculate and peaceful, stunning views, and a well maintained, gated and guarded property. We will return again and again. Amazing views beautiful property

Wife and I stayed here for 10 amazing days! The views were incredible, the condo has everything you could want/need, plenty of room to spread out! The staff at the Palmar are amazing and our hosts were great! I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area to stay here!

Beautiful condo in a great location.

This is a great condo outside of the downtown area but close to fabulous restaurants and beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is well stocked and the hosts are great to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing spot in Cozumel

This place felt like a home away from home and was extraordinary. We’d love to watch the ships come in and go out. This unit had everything you could ask for and more and the host were awesome at communication. We would love to come back for a relaxing holiday

Very pleasant, great location

Everything went well (even with Hurricane Beryl). We had stayed here before and would again. The property management team was responsive, made sure we were OK before and after the hurricane hitting the island.

A Lovely Experience

This condo is just as described in the listing. It is very well-appointed in all aspects: kitchen included everything we needed to prepare meals, bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate. While there were a couple of household "glitches" along the way, they were immediately addressed and promptly fixed. The two weeks we spent unwinding and relaxing in this luxurious space were truly enjoyed!

Island Paradise

The experience was beyond what words can describe. A beautiful sunrise and sunset every day is the epitome of tranquility. The photos truly encapsulate exactly what you will encounter once you enter the property. The hosts Chris/Victoria are very responsive and give invaluable information on restaurants, island activities and fun facts. Great Views and Amenities!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and stocked with amenities. It had everything we needed- we especially appreciated the number of towels provided and all of the kitchenware for cooking, they even have a grill and a place on the balcony to wash your dive gear. The view was stunning and the pool was a great place to relax. Loved everything about this place!

Excellent luxury condo, great location!

This condo is just as beautiful as the pictures, and made for a great stay in Cozumel. We were within walking distance to many little bars/restaurants, and a short cab ride (or if you care to walk a mile or so) to shopping/others bars and restaurants. The owners are exceptional and very helpful if you have any questions. Loved everything thing about this condo and plan to return!

Beautiful property

The place was amazing with beautiful views. The pool & hot tub area was wonderful. The location was great with so many restaurants & shops within a short walking distance (the Coco Cafe below was such a nice treat-great food & friendly people). The security at the place was very watchful & always helpful. The host/manager was very quick to respond with any questions I had, even though I didn’t have many at all. They had SO much information laid out for us (places to eat, beaches to visit, all that we needed to know about using the devices inside the condo). This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Would love to visit again & would definitely recommend it.

Our stay was so awesome that we have already made reservations for 2018.

Our condo was perfect in every way. It was extremely clean, very quiet, updated and comfortable furniture, and the mattress was wonderful. We loved having 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and the huge outdoor patio. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was clean, warm, and awesome, and the other guests were all respectful and friendly. We were glad to be able to meet Elizabeth and Matt who were excellent with communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. We have already reserved 10 nights for next February 2018.

Loved it! As nice as, if not better than the pics.

From 1st contact Elizabeth was very helpful. She answered my questions quickly and honestly and also provided advice for our trip. The condo was amazingly clean and well equipped. We couldn't have asked for more. When we return to Cozumel we will definitely try for one of Elizabeth and Matt's properties. We will also tell our friends about Cozumel and how friendly and fun it is to visit. Thanks again Elizabeth.

Everything was PERFECT!

This is our 2nd year for staying at Matt and Elizabeth's beautiful condo. We love the location, the clean and modern accommodations, the large pool with plenty of tables with umbrellas for shade, and the closeness to several beachfront restaurant/bars. They supply plenty of towels as well as beach towels and about anything you could need. We would usually walk to town once or twice a day and if it was too hot to walk, a taxi ride home is around $5 US dollars (and are always plentiful). Jose with taxi #382 is awesome!

As advertised and more!

This condo in Cozumel is all one could hope for. It is STUNNING! The views are fantastic and the amenities are above and beyond. For this Midwest couple it was heaven, sitting on the balcony, sipping our morning coffee and watching the cruise ships come into Port. We found the beaches on the Eastern side of the island to our liking, as almost all of them had little or no people. If you're interested in staying in Cozumel, this is the place to visit. We love Cozumel, and Palmar is an upscale building, centrally located on the Island. Cozumel is a safe and beautiful place with so many things to do. It is a tropical paradise!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The view of the ocean is unobstructed, you will enjoy your morning coffee watching the incoming cruise ships arrive, and then in the evening enjoy a gorgeous sunset as they depart the Island. There is shopping, fine dining and awesome water sports all near by. The building offers an amazing 3 level pool and tennis court.
