Key Colony Beach and nearby Marathon key offer access to boating, fishing, jet skiing and paddle boarding or visit the Florida Keys Aquarium or swim with Dolphins. If you prefer a relaxing day, visit the members only Cabana Club and take a dip in the pool or beach while listening to island music and sipping a cool tropical cocktail. End your day with a visit to sunset park and relaxing dinner at many of the local restaurants or seaside bar and grills or enjoy a home cooked meal and relaxing evening waving to boaters heading home from a day on the water.

Key Colony Beautiful Home

This home was everything we expected and much more! Just beautiful, the owners went above and beyond and honestly thought of everything we might need. Perfect location and lovely view. We hope to be back!!

Peaceful paradise in the Florida Keys

We felt so comfortable staying in this recently renovated home. We appreciated all of the first class amenities and special touches provided by the owners. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Nothing was overlooked. Sitting out back in the Adirondack chairs, sipping on a glass of wine, and doing a little fishing was what we did on many late afternoons. A guest membership to the Cabana Pool and Beach Club was a plus. We enjoyed that multiple afternoons sitting by the pool. We found the Marathon location very conducive to many good restaurants and various activities. Having three rental properties of our own, we certainly appreciate walking into a clean and nicely appointed home. The hard work and efforts of the owners was very evident. A five star rating is well deserved.

Jeff and Nancy are 5 star tenants across the board. Such a pleasure to have them stay at our property. The home was left impeccable, not a thing out of place and the linen closets were put away like a 6 star hotel (we had to raise the scale a little), It was as if no one had stayed on the property. They made quick friends with our fisherman neighbors who told us they were two of the nicest folks you would ever want to meet and I think they even shared a fish dinner or two. Jeff and Nancy are welcomed back ANYTIME and I recommend them to anyone looking for the best of the best.

Amazing location in Key Colony Beach

What an amazing house for a break from winter. We had six adults in our group and this house was perfect for us. It was great spending time each morning on the dock watching the pelicans and fish in the canal. House was very comfortable, clean and well equipped it had everything needed to cook meals and plenty of refrigerator and freezer space with a separate wine chiller too. We did not fish or boat but this house is well set up to get to the gulf or ocean side very quickly and has a fish cleaning g station and plenty of ice. The 3 beds were comfortable and very quiet at night in the area. We enjoyed the pool club a few times during our stay and joined neighbors for the sunset singalong in the park right down the street. The owners communicated well and were available for questions or issues (there were none) check in was a breeze and the owners equipped the house well with paper towels, trash bags, etc so we did not need to run out and buy all of these items. There are a few restaurants very close by and we enjoyed great dinners out. All in all a perfect place to stay, close to everything and comfortable and quiet.

We created this space with that same spirit in mind — a place to relax, spend time with the people we love and enjoy, and make wonderful memories. When we first visited Key Colony Beach, we instantly knew it was the perfect spot for our second home. It has that small-town charm where neighbors wave hello, but it’s also surrounded by everything we love — crystal-clear water, amazing fishing and diving, and those incredible sunsets that never get old.

For us, it’s the best of both worlds: a peaceful island community with all the fun and adventure of the Florida Keys right outside your door. We couldn’t imagine a better place to share with family, friends, and now with you.

Our sits near the end of the canal, which makes it a truly special spot. The water is calm and inviting, and it’s full of life — we often see manatees gently swimming by, tarpon rolling in the canal, and schools of snapper right at our dock.

It’s not just the fish that make it magical — the area is alive with birds and sea life, giving you a true sense of being connected to nature. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee while watching the water, casting a line to catch your own dinner, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings, there’s always something to enjoy right outside the door.

We’ve also made this our true home away from home, and you’ll find everything you need here to feel comfortable. From a fully equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals to cozy spaces for gathering together, we’ve tried to think of every detail so your stay feels as easy and enjoyable as possible.
