This is a beautiful little spot in the hills with lots of trees. Placerville is a fun little town to explore. You are walking distance to the Eldorado hill trail head. 1 hour drive to Lake Tahoe. You are close to historic Placerville, wineries, hiking, bike trails. Historic Placerville has fun shops and restaurants.

Getting Around:
Several wineries are minutes away. Bring the kids to Apple Hill just 3 miles up the road. Year round family friendly activities at local farms and orchards. This is also a great stop on your way to the slopes in Tahoe. There are amazing hiking and biking trails in the area.

**Please note all stays over 30 days require a monthly cleaning, paid by the guest at our current standard cleaning rate. Guest will be contacted in order to make payment and coordinate scheduling at at time when the property is vacant so that our cleaning staff can have the best use of their time and prepare the property for the guest return.
