Un chalet mignon et confortable séparé de la maison principale vous invite à venir vous évader. Le chalet et la maison principale sont sur 2 acres de terrain bien entretenu. Nous avons plus de 60 arbres fruitiers et quelques poulets. Propriété clôturée avec portail et portail gardant l'endroit agréable et privé. Beaucoup de place pour le stationnement. Le chalet est en bas d'un court chemin du parking. Nous sommes dans un emplacement central, à proximité des commerces, du parc des expositions de Placerville, des vignobles, d'Apple Hill et du ski. Beaucoup de choses à faire au centre-ville de Placerville, de bons endroits pour manger et se divertir.

Thank you Kelli and Chuck, this was a very lovely stay. The location, decor, property, and hospitality were amazing. You can tell a lot of love went into preparing this special space to make its guests feel comfortable and well cared for. Exceptional!! Highly recommend!!

What an absolute gem!

"Lovely, just....lovely." beautiful property, beautiful cottage. Chuck and Kelli thought of everything! So much charm and warmth. The whole process from start to finish was effortless. I would have loved to have stayed longer, so I guess that means a return is in my future? Absolutely! Excellent hosts!

Our stay was for a family event and this beautiful little cottage was perfect. Clean, convenient location, equipped with all the amenities. Beautiful property that is very well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Little Cottage

My wife and I loved staying at the cottage. It was very clean, cute, private, and comfortable. The AC worked great and the bed was comfy enough. Overall a fantastic stay at this cottage, if you’re in the area don’t hesitate to stay here!

Beautiful Cottage and Grounds

Wonderful in all ways. Clean, with plenty of hot water, and so tastefully decorated! Kid size chairs on the deck are thoughtful, and they worked for me. Will definitely recommend!

I stayed just for 1 night. Warm, cozy, cute, clean…the cottage has everything that I needed. Such thoughtful touches. It is a beautiful country property…impeccably manicured. Cozy and comfortable

Chuck and Kelli are great hosts and made our short overnight stay a pleasure, the cottage is very comfortable and the property is very peaceful, we felt very welcome.

The cottage is beautiful inside and out. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom shower is cozy and very clean. Add to that the kind nature of the owner and you may see why we would return for another stay without a doubt! Our granddaughter loved the swing and well kept grass yard.

LOVED, LOVED this Cottage

Loved this Cottage it was amazing just as described. It is decorated so darn cute everything was perfect. Thanks for the snacks. The sheets were really soft and smelled amazing and yes, we will be coming back again too. I even feed the chickens which I never had so that was fun too. Sorry we didn't get to meet you but for sure next time. Great place to stay in Placerville for sure A+

Well, atmospheric rivers were pounding California just north of us, but we were graced with cold air, a bit of daytime rain as we explored the Hard Apple Route. We ended with a stroll on Placerville's Main Street *The Hardware Store; *Fountain & Tallman Museum!!! Oh, and a Happy Hour at Poor Red's. Rain fell all night on the cozy cottage while we were snug in our bed. It was all so special ~ thank you to the hosts!

Perfect Cottage Getaway

This place hit all the spots. Had everything that we needed and more for a long weekend. So peaceful outside and the fireplace was set up for us to use outside. We loved feeding the chickens and being in nature especially in the morning enjoying our coffee. Location was perfect for spending time in Apple Hill and gate entry was easy to use. We highly recommend this place to stay!

We were attending our grandsons wedding at apple Hill and needed a location to spend the night after the wedding. Chuckkelli Cottage fit the bill. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The location was relatively close to hwy 50 in Placerville.

Apple Hill weekend

The property was a short distance from Apple hill. It was beautiful and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay. Also, it was very nice that they allow you to do a one night stay.. many others forced you to book two nights which we didn't need. Id highly recommend this property.

Perfect getaway for a night of quiet

I’m a mom of three kids, and told my husband that all I wanted for Mother’s Day was a night to myself, full of self care and good sleep. This cozy cottage was more than I ever expected. I loved the antiques incorporated into the decor and farmhouse feel. The bed was so comfortable and the outdoor environment was charming and inviting. The hostess was communicative and kind.

We love this property and love sharing it with others. Chuck is in full time ministry at our church and I love running this vacation rental, coordinating weddings, work as a part time office manager at our church and do various crafts to sell during the Christmas season. We love our little town of Placerville and all the history it holds.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Come relax! This property is host to over 60 fruit trees. The main crop is Fuyu Persimmons, but also: Asian and Bartlett pears, apple, fig, peach,plum, pomegranate, grapes, walnut, apricot, and lime. We have a small garden in the summer time and in the winter, we take a break and let our bodies and the ground rest!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our cottage is very private. We have 2 acres of well maintained lawns, orchard and unique trees. We have hosted a few weddings for our family. The weeping willow is a favorite as well as a 300 year old oak tree that has been wrapped in wisteria vines. There are several seating areas around the property for you to relax in and enjoy.
