Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located duplex in downtown Council Bluffs. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops in the 100 Block. Also just minutes from bustling Omaha, guests can enjoy the small town feel while having easy access to all there is to offer over the border.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a DreamCloud king bed and the other with 2 single memory foam beds (day bed and trundle). The couch in the living room also has a trundle that pulls out in to a bed. The dining room table has benches nested underneath for seating.

Please make yourselves at home in this impeccably clean and comfortable space. Everything you need is provided in order to enjoy your stay. Guests are welcome to use all kitchen utensils, any available food or drinks, laundry facilities/detergents, etc

This home is centrally located in downtown Council Bluffs and only a short drive to Omaha's Old Market. Only 10 mins away is also the nationally renowned Henry Doorly Zoo, College World Series' Charles Schwab Field Omaha, the CHI Health Center Arena and Convention Center, and many other places to go and things to see.

A very clean, comfortable and quiet home. Beds, couch and linens were good quality and comfortable. Convenient to Omaha and Council Bluffs.

Perfectly located.

My son is stationed at Offutt AFB in Bellevue, NE. The base is less than 20 minutes from house. House is also close to Omaha. We hiked in park that was just a few minutes away from house. The neighborhood surrounding the house is amazing. Cobblestone streets and very old beautiful houses. This home provided everything we needed for our visit. It was very nice being able to wash clothes. Having a garage was the cherry on top. We were able to park my daughter’s Trackhawk Jeep in it. The driveway is very steep, but we were still able to park on it. I will definitely stay here next time I visit my son.

Nice place.

Nice place overall. Enjoyed our stay. Quick response to questions by owner. Would recommend sheet and blankets for living room futon as well as more pillows. Steep stairs to get up to front door and steep drive way. Go in at an angle or will rub bottom of car.

We would definitely stay here again. It was great for our needs (needed to be close to Mid America Center for a dance competition). Clean. Very comfortable beds! Great water pressure.

Wonderful stay!

Everything was clean, tidy, and attractive. The property is even cuter than the pictures show! Everything was EASY. Check-in information was very clear, check-out was SOOOO simple. This was an excellent experience, the owners were wonderful to deal with.

Getaway

This was a great getaway for my daughter, and I to get together. She goes to a college close by. It was nice for her to have some home-cooked food do laundry and just be in a home setting. I got to wake up and have my walks at Kirn Park really close. Great location.

Just perfect for us

Could have our dog who loved Kirn Park right across the street. Close to our friends, General Dodge House and Union Pacific Museum where we wanted to visit. Great kitchen in which to cook our own food. Large comfortable bed. Easy access to gas and groceries. Very clean and neat. Loved gazing at the fireplace.

Wonderful Stay!

This home had everything we needed for a comfortable week in town visiting family. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of big towels, nice hot water, comfortable beds. Our toddler loved sitting on the couch waving at all the cars driving to the park across the street. It's worth noting that the steps going from the driveway to the front door are fairly steep. The weather was quite cold during our trip, so we didn't get to walk around much, but the neighborhood was very unique and interesting to drive around. Would definitely come back!

Would stay here over hotel- EVERY TIME!!

This duplex was absolutely perfect for our family, while we were here looking at colleges and for college camps. It was absolutely clean, had a fresh, bright decor to the inside. It smelled amazing and clean. All items that we needed were there. There are steps leading up to the door-there’s a hand railing. Owner had pumpkins for decorations outside, which was a nice touch for the season. Perfect location to Iowa Western and downtown Council Bluffs (Lincoln’s Pub is a must-stop). The owner gave us great suggestions for dinner and breakfast and got us a coupon!! Short 15ish minute drive to downtown Omaha where we found a parking spot and walked around Old Market and had a blast. Felt safe, lots of photo ops, and great area to walk about to try beverages/ food/ shopping. Overall, if we choose this college, I will always try to come back to this duplex.
