This private, all season 2 bedroom w/loft and 2 full bath cottage is ready to entertain. 100’ of frontage with sunset views of Manistee Lake. Pontoon rentals available on the lake and ORV rentals nearby as well. Just added this year, pontoon hoist. Excellent swimming, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, ORV riding and more. Surrounded by state land and 100’s of miles of trails that seem to head everywhere! Short drives to Grayling, Traverse City, Torch Lake and more. Wineries all around! A little over an hour to Mackinaw! Centrally located, Sunset Retreat is the perfect cottage for your vacation. 2 bedrooms and a loft. King beds in the bedrooms and a Queen and 2 single beds in the loft. All new beds, mattresses, reclining couches, dining table, washer and dryer, linens, flooring, and paint. 80’ dock will be in Memorial Day through Labor Day. 2 Kayaks, water floats, and life jackets will be available during the same time.
