There are 7 tiny homes sleeping 16 guests while the full venue space can accommodate up to 50 people total. Utilize the whimsical greenhouse as an altar, gather around the fire pit, BBQ some food or cater food in & have the whole place to yourself!

The Space:

Cape Charles Tiny Livin' is the perfect location for any event or trip involving a larger group of people. The best part is everyone gets their own space rather than sharing one large home. So, whether you are in the area for a group fishing trip, a company retreat, a wedding, a bachelorette weekend, or a family reunion you have found the perfect location.

VENUE AMENITIES:

During your time here you will have all the Tiny Homes to yourself for the full duration of your time booked. The venue amenities include:

WEDDING OPTIONS:

If you are wanting to escape from the city, have a unique backdrop for your wedding, create a backyard type feel, have full control of the catering & vendors, provide accommodations for a selection of your guests, plus have access to the venue all weekend long then you have found the perfect destination. The Tiny Livin Village is only a 3-minute drive from Downtown Cape Charles ensuring that there is no shortage of photo opportunities on your special day!

Start the party on Friday with your bridal party or families with a dinner in town followed by some time circled around the firepit, under the Cape Charles stars. Feel free to allow vendors to drop off materials for the next days events or begin setting up your décor.

The morning of the wedding, you are a quick 3 min drive into town or 45 min to Virginia Beach to get your hair & makeup done for the big day or have a mobile service come to you. While you get pampered the groomsmen can head out for Breakfast or Lunch in intern before heading back to get ready for pictures.

When hosting your wedding at the Cape Charles Tiny Livin' you can use your vendors, *THEY MUST PROVIDE PROPER INSURANCE* send docs thru your booking app. We have a list available if you would like some suggestions!

Use the Wedding Greenhouse as the backdrop for the ceremony. The quaint white work shed from the 1930's was converted to have massive windows throughout to allow sunshine to dance through complimented by the stunning greenery. It makes for the perfect altar on your special day.

Host the full day of events from the rehearsal dinner, ceremony & reception right on site or simply utilize the Our tiny houses as accommodations for your group. You can also use the space for the ceremony, photos & accommodations. There is also space is available in the yard for an EVENT TENT for your reception.

Full wedding amenities include:

- Individual housing for 2 guests in each tiny home – 7 total

- The grounds can accommodate up to 50 people total

- Bring in your own vendors & catering as needed. Some examples include food trucks, corporate event hosts, photographers, caterers, etc. * All Vendors Must provide proof of insurance*

TINY HOME ACCOMODATIONS:

The 7 homes all feature a bed, either a sofa sleeper or a queen bed, a smart TV, front patio with bistro table seating, a bathroom with a stand-up shower, sink, & toilet, complimentary coffee & a coffee pot. Some of the homes have a utility kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge & table settings.

All homes have access to the full grounds including the entertainment area, greenhouse, firepit, BBQ, cornhole & parking.

Each home has its own unique theme & décor to create a one-of-a-kind experience during your time at the Tiny Livin Village!

LOCATION:

Tiny Livin Village is conveniently located only 3 minutes to Cape Charles, nestled between the Atlantic Ocean & Chesapeake Bay. No matter what is bringing you to the area you will have the convenience of shops, breweries, restaurants, salons & more nearby. There are plenty of activities to make any trip unforgettable including fishing, hiking, or exploring the towns history!

The Eastern shore offers lots of unique dining experiences for every budget & mood! Enjoy freshly plucked Chesapeake Bay Oysters & Clams or enjoy a hand-churned ice cream cone on a summer’s day. If beer is more your choice sip on local craft brews alongside award winning clam-chowder. Your taste buds will be begging you to come back for another visit!

No matter what event you are in town for you will have everything at your fingertips from catering, photography, décor, games, florists, event tents, tables, chairs & more! We will send you our list.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- No pets in houses except "Mermaid" and "Fisherman" these are our only two pet friendly units

- No unauthorized guests on the property; event/group guests only

- Max occupancy is 50 people

- No smoking in the homes

- No access to the back yard

- All event rentals must be brought in, we do not provide chairs, tables, plate ware, event tents etc.

- Port-a Potties are a requirement to be rented for vendors and non overnight guests need a place to go... LOL

- No open flames or fireworks allowed on the property (including real candles )

- No, bird seed, confetti, paper lanterns, glitter, rice, silk flower petals, silly string,

- No amplified sounds after 8 pm

- If alcohol is being served an mobile bar tender is required

- All vendors are required to submit proper insurance docs before event

When you book the whole place , we will send the one access code that will be used for everyone’s home to the person who booked the stay to distribute to the group. No need for each individual to book their own tiny home.

Please excuse our renovations to the other homes on site. You will see workers continuing to make tiny dreams come true for other future guest, while you are on site. If you are hosting an event onsite, we will do our best to ensure that no work is being completed during your event.

The self check-in feature means there are no keys to worry about and you don't have to be concerned if you travel plans are delayed.

The Neighborhood:

Enjoy this unique Tiny Home Experience in one of our 7 tiny homes. All the homes in our community are a labor of love as my wife & I personally restored every one to create a unique, inviting & comfortable experience for guests visiting the Cape Charles area. As they were completed & we added our wedding house greenhouse we knew it would be the perfect backdrop for someone’s special day. You will be a quick 3-minute drive to downtown Cape Charles, 45 minutes to Virginia Beach, & 1.5 hours from Williamsburg.

Getting Around:

Parking is on site and free. Just a short 3 min drive into downtown Cape Charles

Other Things to Note:

*After booking conformation a single code to access all the homes will be generated and sent to the person making the booking. Please share this code with your guests so they may have access to their homes.

*Also firewood can be gotten from the Wood Wagon and the corner of Townfield dr and Secretairy Rd as well as food lion
