The Newport Coast Villas is literally heaven on earth and you will absolutely love this property and resort.
This rental is available for 4 nights. The 4th night permits you to enjoy the property from Friday late-afternoon through Monday night. However, with advance notice, I may be able to extend or shift the stay by a few nights.
Check in is available any day of the week, 24 hours a day as there is concierge staff available to take care of you.
Parking is free for 2 cars. For other date availability, message me.

The space:
Relax and rejuvenate at the luxurious Marriott Newport Coast Villas Resort. This 2 bedroom villa is extremely spacious and features a full kitchen, living/dining room space, balcony, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 sofa beds to sleep 8. Enjoy access to world-class amenities like the multi-pool complex with bar and grill services.

This 1248 sqft 2 bedroom villa features a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed and a sofa bed in the secondary bedroom, and another sofa bed in the living room, to comfortably sleep 8. Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. The Villa has a balcony with a great view and provides access to all of the resort amenities such as the multi-pool complex, La Vista Bar and Grill, BBQ.

Guests enjoy 3 outdoor pools, whirlpool hot tubs, the 24-hour fitness center, fire pits, full-service Spa by the Sea, the tennis and basketball courts, on-site putting green, movie theater, the Market Place sundries and convenience store, and the Sandbox Kids Club.

Guest access:
Guests will check-in at the lobby. Upon showing your Driver's License (or government ID) and your credit card, you will receive your villa keys along with resort maps, weekly entertainment/activities schedule, and resort/local discount offerings. The front desk and concierge are extremely helpful for all your needs.

If you don't charge anything to your room, upon check out your bill should be $0.

Other details to note:
* Guests will provide the name or names of the primary guests in the party who will be staying at the resort. Renter must be at least 21 years of age and be present at time of check-in. No re-renting, leasing, subletting, or transferring of this unit by the Renter to anyone else is permitted. Renter will be entitled to use the resort’s amenities the same as if the Owner were using the unit (unless otherwise specified), and is expected to abide by all of the Resort’s policies while enjoying their stay.

* Security deposit policy: For the benefit of guests, a refundable security deposit is neither collected at time of the booking nor is a "hold" placed on the guest card at time of the booking for the amount of the security deposit. Instead, the resort will collect a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in at the front desk should there be unforeseen damage or other non-coverable expenses during the guests' stay. The resort may also contact the guest(s) for restitution in the event of damages or other non-coverable expenses.

* Guests will be assigned to their room/villa within the resort upon arrival. Images shown may differ from the actual floor/room/view/patio/balcony, but all villas are comparable and are decorated similarly. If the listing states that you will have a patio, you will receive either a patio or a balcony, depending on the floor received. By submitting a request to book, you are aware and agree to the fact that the floor, location, view, and receipt of either a patio or balcony for your room/villa are not guaranteed.

*The resort amenities may be limited and are subject to change. By choosing to book your stay here, you are agreeing that the amenities may be limited and that they are subject to change at the resort and county’s discretion. (Some facilities were closed during serious Covid-19 outbreaks.)

The resort now asks me to provide them with the name and email address of the Renter who will be checking-in at least 30-days before check-in. Please provide me with that information 30-days before check-in or if you reserve closer to check-in, as soon as possible afterward.
I will forward that information to the resort's registration staff and designate you as my guests.
Also contact me at least one week in advance, if you have a specific location request (e.g. high floor with ocean view or near main pool, etc.). I will contact the registration staff and make that request using my Chairman's Club status. (Note that the earlier this request is made, the better the chances if it being satisfied.)
