Some of the features of the home include a master suite with a king bed, spacious enough for an air mattress, smart TV and private deck. The second and third bedrooms both have queen size beds and share a private deck. On the upper bedroom floor, there is a large bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet, long vanity w/ large mirror, and a double vanity sink.

The main living area connects to the large deck overlooking the lake. A sofa sleeper and air mattress is provided for additional beds. A large flat screen smart tv is also available. The kitchen dining table seats up to 7 people, with additional seating on the deck for many more seats! Another bathroom is available on the main floor with a shower and toilet.

The home is located in the heart of Osage Beach, only minutes from Margaritaville, Redheads/Performance Boat Center, Shorty Pants, Dog Days, Great Stone Coffee and Golf Course. Close to Walmart and Dierbergs Grocery Store.

The smaller boat slip is available for use (the owners boat is stored in the larger slip).
