Convenient Location and Family Group Friendly

Awesome property with well appointed furniture and decor and a kitchen with plenty of the right utensils. AC worked great and beat the Texas heat.

Wonderful Place for Family Time

This house is exactly as advertised. The living spaces are great for group meals and just hangout time. I have rented a LOT of properties around the world and have never had a manager be as responsive as Lorena. Our stay in the house was also made that much easier because they have spices and a full coffee setup in the kitchen, shampoo, conditioner, paper products and plenty of trash bags, dish soap and laundry soap too! All we needed was any food we wanted. Excellent place for our family gathering!

Dallas

The house was very comfortable. Clean and well laid out. Only has two baths for 5 bedrooms but we know that when we rented it. Location close to Dallas but out of the major traffic problems.

The perfect fit

This property is everything that the pictures show and more. I booked this property for my camp instructors for a week. They loved the home and how homie it felt. The property was very quiet and peaceful. There was lots of sun light and conversation areas that make it easy to relax.

Nice property

The house was immaculately clean and well stocked. Nicely decorated. It was a great location for access to the Cottonbowl. We were informed that there may get be another person on the property but it was kind of awkward. We weren’t sure about using the enclosed patio. Great bedroom set up but two baths for 11 people was a little challenging.

Clean, spacious house in lake highlands

We had a fantastic stay here. Communication was great throughout the process. The home is clean and bright, and was even decorated for the holidays during our stay. It felt so comfortable to walk in, and we were able to spread out and enjoy all the amenities this house has to offer. There are five bedrooms, a comfortable living area, a nice updated kitchen which had everything we needed, a lovely dining area, and a bonus room with more living space and a foosball table that our kids loved. Beds are comfortable, and again, everything was clean and nice. Thank you for a lovely stay and we hope to be back when we come to visit our family that lives in this area.

Cousin time

We had myself and my sister, our kids and grandparents to hang out together for a few days. The kids range from age 22-11. The oldest cousin is now living in Dallas since starting her first “real” job after college graduation. That’s why we chose to meet up in Dallas. We had a great time together. The house was perfect and would definitely stay again. Enough space for us all to be comfortable. Much better than staying in a hotel. The property manager was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. House was well appointed.

Birthday celebration

The house was clean and met our expectations. Plenty of room. We were taken aback to see a person at like 9pm in the backyard. That was a bit unsettling especially because there were no blinds covering the windows. The owner addressed that immediately along with lighting out front near the garage because it was really dark when we pulled up . We wish there were more face clothes available- we had to buy our own. But other than that it was cool

Part of house rented to others whom we could hear and see!

We were shocked to arrive and walk through the home and hear a TV playing and hear a person talking! There is an ATTACHED room where the owner has rented it out to another person. It is not a separate area but attached with a door and window! We did not feel we had a private space or that our possessions were secured. We did not use the games room as we could hear their tv and hear the person in that room. This person would also go out through the yard. We had booked this home for our kids and grandbabies to be able to celebrate a family event. We did not expect to be sharing the home and yard with a stranger! I immediately called the host and she told me that it was a separate rental home EVEN though it is attached to the home we rented and we could see the person and hear them from inside the home! We were VERY disappointed that we had to share the home and didn’t have full privacy.

Sandra, I need to address your concerns about privacy during your stay. It’s important to note that the rental description clearly stated that the house has a completely separate entrance, and the guest house is fully self-contained with its entrance, parking, laundry, and kitchen. Therefore, I find it hard to understand your claim of not having privacy. Throughout your stay, you had the entire property, including the backyard, front parking, and garage, at your disposal, and our one guest did not even leave their space. Please take the time to read the description thoroughly in the future to avoid misunderstandings.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our group of 9 family members spent 3 nights in this beautiful home. 5 bedrooms and 6 beds was ideal. The home was so welcoming and lovely upon entry. And so clean! The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to prepare several meals. We loved the light in the home, and the layout was perfect. We especially appreciated the large dining table for both eating and game time. The hosts were very responsive and gracious before, during, and after our stay. Thank you!
