Pros: Both bedrooms were on the same floor, all basics were provided, private parking was great, most of the house seemed very clean.Cons: Check in is advertised as 2pm. I had to message the host after 2pm and ask what the entry code was because it was not provided. Main level floors were VERY squeaky so every step was noisy. The downstairs ceiling fan had one speed and it was controlled by a switch on the wall. If you turned it on, sometimes it would come on and sometimes it wouldn't. Also, the fan light was tied into the same switch, so it would randomly come on and randomly turn off. The wiring seems to be messed up. I asked the host about it and they said most people just use the AC and nobody else complained about it. (I wasn't complaining, just asking.) The couches have no support, you sit and sink down. The beds are pretty firm, not my preference. The primary bathroom tub was dirty, but we didn't use it so it didn't affect us. The back door is all glass and has no curtain or blinds, so anyone behind you can see in (there are trees, but also another housing area with parking, plus the neighbors). This made us all uncomfortable. The second bedroom faces the street and has a thin curtain, so the streetlights made the room bright at night (for me, this made it hard to sleep). These are just my opinions. I personally would not choose this property again.
