Lovely quaint home

This was a great place to stay while my friends and I were at a conference for school and career development in Atlanta. We had no issues with the stay whatsoever and our host was easily accessible via phone the morning of check out.

Great House, close to everything

I have not one thing negative to say about this home, fit perfectly for my family, very clean, they leave toiletries, coffee, snacks for guess. Every Major site was within 10-15 mins. This is a great location for visiting Atlanta.

The house itself is cute, spacious, and the location was convenient.That said, for the overall cost and nearly 200 cleaning fee, I was a little disappointed. The house was clean on the surface, but there was dust and trash under the beds. We followed the instructions to sweep because we had a pet, and we also stripped the beds, took out the trash, loaded the dishwasher, etc. I don’t mind doing those things, but it does make the cleaning fee feel pretty steep when guests are already doing so much of the cleaning before leaving.A few other things to be aware of: the yard is NOT fenced, so pets need to stay on a leash. There was also a large dog across the street and some neighbors walking dogs off leash, which made us a little uneasy with our dogs. The driveway is very narrow with the fence on either side.Three of the four bedrooms have very bright exterior lights that automatically come on at night. There are blinds, but no curtains, so the rooms were never really dark.The location was good, but there was ZERO Verizon cell service inside the house. Since the home is at the bottom of a large hill, you basically have Wi-Fi only until you get up the hill.The coffee pods were a nice touch, but there were only three for two adults staying two nights, and one had already been opened, so we couldn’t use it. The snacks and water were appreciated, though.Overall, the house has a lot of potential and plenty of space, but the cleaning fee and additional charges felt high.

Wonderful Vrbo Hosting

This had to be the best place I’ve ever stayed in. The property management made our stay so welcoming and we literally felt as if it were our home. Little to no issues during our stay and GREAT customer service when communicating with the property managers. The neighborhood wasn’t bad at all. Very quiet neighbors and no trouble when accessing/exiting the home. 10/10 I would highly recommend this property for the perfect vacation or staycation

This was a great home. It has been rare where everything is provided to make you feel a little more comfortable and secure when traveling. From the snacks to the alarm system. The location wasn’t so great but we were close to all the activities we came for. Thanks again for the hospitality

My sisters and i came in from t5r r²d he Bay Area for 6 days. The house was just how it was described, and just how it looks on line. When we arrived the yard was clean and manicured. The house was immaculate, very clean, and smelled delightful. Is close to everything, my intown family included. The host is very accomodating, answered all emails, and text very quickly. On my next visit I will be looking to book this property again, and again. Thank You very much Alexander the housing accommodations made the trip that much better.

Great Girls Getaway

Perfect spot for a great girls trip weekend. They provided snacks, laundry supplies, linens, towels…even the toothpaste I forgot. Use the WiFi password by the front door- the one on the email check in sheet is off by a digit, but that was the only hiccup in our stay. Cul de sac lot with trees and parking. Great.stay! Highly recommend!
