Other amenities include access to coin-operated laundry facilities across the hall, ensuring your stay remains hassle-free. With its unbeatable location near the Green Line C trolley, this apartment is a fantastic base for exploring Boston University, Fenway Park, and Longwood hospitals.

Bus #66 is is a 2 minute walk from the unit. Take a left when you step outside the building, continue on Beacon Street. The stop is right across the street.

My son and I stayed in this unit for two months. Perfect location near everything youMay need. Short stroll to Fenway Park to catch the socks. Had a few minor issues that were quickly corrected by management. Overall this unit was exactly what we needed.

The location was great for access to public transportation. The host was communicative and clear in their instructions. They provided lots of helpful information about Boston. The bedroom was very comfortable and the kitchen had all the kitchen supplies we needed.Some of the furnishings were quite cheap. The couch in the listing, when pulled out, was in poor shape. Its mattress was not thick enough to create a flat surface for sleeping. We had to get creative with the couch cushions to make as flat a surface as we could. The water pressure for the shower was not great, and the water did not always stay as hot as we would have liked. Lastly, the host asked us to pick up the key at a location 4 Charlie metro stops away. This was difficult and irritating due to our luggage and heavy rain on the day we had to return the key. Our conclusion was that despite the great location, this place was more trouble than it was worth for the high price we paid. For that price and the high cleaning fee, we should not have to pick up the key, take out our own trash, or sleep as uncomfortably as we did on the couch.

We’re also happy the bedroom and kitchen setup met your needs.
On the sofa bed: the sleeper sofa is relatively new and is not frequently used as a primary sleep surface, and we completely understand that sofa-bed mattresses can be less comfortable than a standard bed. We do keep a mattress topper in the closet specifically to improve comfort, and if we had known you were having trouble, we would have directed you to it right away (or arranged a quick solution while you were there). We’re sorry you had to “get creative” instead of having that corrected in real time.
On the shower: we have not had prior reports of inconsistent hot water at this unit. Had you messaged us during the stay, we would have sent someone promptly to check the system and address it. Water pressure and temperature are both items we take seriously because they directly affect comfort.
Regarding the keys: this building does not permit a lockbox at the entrance, so the pickup/return method is a constraint we’re required to follow. That said, heavy rain plus luggage is a miserable combination, and we can absolutely coordinate alternatives when needed (including meeting at the apartment) if we’re aware ahead of time.
We appreciate you staying with us, and we’ll use your feedback to keep improving the experience for future guests.
