Had I been made aware of these issues, I would have immediately arranged for the cleaning team and, if necessary, pest control to inspect and address them. Thank you for your feedback. The unit is exactly as shown and described on the listing. It's a comfortable, affordable spot in a great location, and I do my best to keep it reasonably priced for guests looking for a nice stay without the high resort costs.

I do want to clarify that every concern reported during your stay was addressed as quickly as possible. When the cleanliness issues were brought to my attention, I promptly sent the cleaning team back to the property. When the TV issues were reported, I also arranged for maintenance to come and resolve them. I always strive to respond quickly and take immediate action whenever guests notify me of a concern. While I understand that messaging during a vacation is not ideal, I appreciate that you reached out because it gave me the opportunity to address the issues rather than leaving them unresolved. The condo is represented accurately in the listing photos, including the layout, bedrooms, balcony, and furnishings. The second bedroom does not have a window, which is visible in the listing photos, and the amenities provided are also accurately described before booking. Mattress comfort is also very much a personal preference and can vary significantly from guest to guest. That said, I do appreciate the feedback and will review the items mentioned, including the kitchenware, bathroom, and balcony, to ensure everything is in the best condition possible for future guests.
