The Space:
Our historic, Victorian-inspired home has all of the comforts & luxuries you'll want or need during your stay in the city. When you're not monument hopping or taking in the many wonders of the District, you'll find this oasis has everything you could need to enjoy your time spent indoors. With a neighborhood Walk Score of 96, Columbia Heights places all of DC's attractions right at your fingertips!

BEDROOMS:
Our apartment has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests.

In the master, you'll be met with the best night's sleep you've ever had - and the secret is a Queen sized green tea memory foam mattress, paired with plush pillows, luxury sheets and comforter. Don't be shy when packing - a dresser and closet space is available to unpack your suitcase and stay awhile.

The hall bedroom will greet you with yet another Queen size green tea memory foam mattress and luxury bedding. In this room, there is ample closet storage space and a small dresser for clothing items.

In the third bedroom, you'll find a Full-sized - you guessed it - green tea memory foam mattress with all of the luxurious bedding detailed above.

All linens are provided and extra blankets are available for your use. Premium white noise machines and ear plugs are available in each bedroom to ensure a great night's sleep!

BATHROOMS:
A fully renovated ensuite bathroom is attached to the master bedroom, including a shower, toilet, sink and vanity space.

The second full bathroom offers a combination shower and bathtub, toilet, sink and shelving space to store all of your toiletries.

We provide the basics like toilet paper and towels, but you'll also find amenities like shampoo, soap, lotion, a magnifying mirror, makeup remover wipes and facial cleansing cloths. Leave your hair dryer at home - we have that too!

KITCHEN:
After long days of hitting the town, there will be no question that you've worked up an appetite. Head to the fully-equipped, updated kitchen to find stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops, and a gas range.

And what’s a luxury stay without a coffee bar? A Keurig coffee maker with a variety of pods is available to you, in addition to fresh ground coffee (both regular and decaf, of course) and a french press. Prefer tea over coffee? There's a hot water kettle and an array of flavors to choose from.

Pots, pans, baking dishes and cooking utensils are provided so you'll have everything you need to whip up a feast. If you have guests to impress, you'll find full place settings, wine glasses and champagne glasses in the cabinets.

Should you feel the need to do the dishes on vacation, clean-up is a breeze with a dishwasher and cleaning products provided.

If the idea of preparing a meal has you sweating, then have no fear - we're surrounded by DC's most popular restaurants, cafes and bars, many within walking distance. We're happy to share recommendations!

Feel free to use the in-unit washer and dryer as needed during your stay. We provide some laundry pods to get you started :)

LIVING ROOM:
The ultimate spot to experience the charm of a historic home. An exposed brick fireplace, high ceilings, hardwood floors and bay windows make this space an architectural paradise.

The living room provides you with the opportunity to "Choose Your Own Adventure". You can...
A) Stretch out, relax and enjoy your favorite snacks while choosing a movie from the Smart HDTV
B) Enjoy an evening glass of wine or a morning cup of coffee in one of the two lounge chairs located in the bay windows that overlook neighboring rowhomes
C) Catch up on some work at the desk, with enough room for a laptop and extra documents. Our high-speed internet promises that you can join your next Zoom meeting without fear of any disruption.

DINING SPACE:
A modern fixture overlooks a long table with six chairs, providing you with enough space to host everyone in one spot for dinner. Bar stools provide the perfect spot for a casual breakfast or for mingling with your group's chef while a meal is prepared in the kitchen.

PARKING:
*Street parking is available for FREE for up to 2 cars with parking passes to be provided. This allows you to park on the street directly in front of the home, or as close as possible.
*Unlike the majority of DC, street parking for this location is generally easy to come by, but we do not guarantee space(s) directly in front of the home as they are not reserved spots.
*No car? No problem, our central location means you'll be walking distance from some of DC's most popular eateries and shops. The closest metro station is a six-minute walk away.

**PLEASE NOTE**
Should accessibility need to be considered, stairs are required to access the District Dwelling. We kindly ask that you take this into consideration when booking.

OTHER:
Any reservations made outside of Airbnb (Ex. VRBO, Direct Booking Website, Other) that are later canceled will NOT receive a refund of payment processing fees incurred by Owner, regardless of cancellation policy. This amount is typically ~3% of the total reservation amount.

Guest Access:
Please make yourself at home! You'll have access to the private second floor apartment of the building that this unit occupies.

The home’s main entrance and the unit's entrance have a keypad entry system which will allow you to navigate the city without the worry of misplacing a key. All entry codes are altered after checkout, providing guests with safety and security.

Columbia Heights offers the perfect blend of local charm and city convenience. Just minutes from downtown, this diverse, walkable neighborhood is packed with popular restaurants, cozy cafes, unique shops, and lively nightlife.
