Votre concierge de voyage personnel - que je fournis aux clients de Beach House en plus de l'équipe de conciergerie d'Icon - vous attendra dans le hall. Il s'occupera de vos bagages et vous montrera l'ascenseur, qui ouvre directement sur votre condo de deux chambres, surplombant le Pacifique vitreux de la baie de Banderas.

Pour le reste de votre voyage, votre concierge privé de Beach House sera disponible par téléphone pour répondre aux questions, faire des recommandations et vous aider en cas d'urgence.

Les invités m'ont également dit que mes deux unités sont les plus belles d'Icon Vallarta et que les photos ne captent pas tout à fait leur beauté en personne.

Le mobilier personnalisé, les tissus apaisants et les œuvres d'art nautiques sont placés contre des murs vibrants peints en bleu océan, vert sauge et jaune beurre. J'ai sélectionné avec amour chaque détail, jusqu'aux accents d'hippocampes, pour créer un espace fantaisiste et unique.

Vous trouverez également une technologie de pointe comme un écran plat de 40 pouces avec Apple TV et Netflix. Installez-vous confortablement pour un film nocturne sur le canapé sur mesure avec chaise longue, la lune et les lumières de Puerto Vallarta scintillant de l'autre côté du verre mur à mur dans le salon.

Besoin de travailler un peu en vacances? Amenez votre ordinateur portable sur le balcon et tapez quelques courriels en vue de l'océan Pacifique. L'Icon Vallarta abrite un bar / restaurant de plage, servant des plats frais comme du ceviche et des fajitas pour des déjeuners légers et des collations au bord de l'océan.

Vous pouvez également demander à un chef privé de venir dans votre condo et de préparer un repas pour vous.

Mais, si l'idée de préparer un repas à la vue du magnifique océan Pacifique vous plaît, alors c'est votre cuisine idéale.

Trouvez des appareils en acier inoxydable, des armoires en bois et un évier de ferme profond. Sont également fournis un lave-vaisselle, un mixeur, un grille-pain, une cafetière et une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Nous avons stocké les armoires avec des articles essentiels comme des couverts, des casseroles, des poêles, des plats de cuisson, des récipients de stockage en verre, des planches à découper, des épices communes, des huiles, du sel et du poivre et des condiments pour la construction de hamburgers comme le ketchup, la moutarde et la relish.

Présentez votre création à la table à manger adjacente. La table peut accueillir six personnes pour un dîner inoubliable devant une vue imprenable sur le soleil qui coule dans l'océan.

Ce condo comprend DEUX chambres de maître avec salle de bain attenante. Les deux maîtres ont des téléviseurs à écran plat, un accès direct à l'espace balcon et des vues à couper le souffle.

Le maître «Iron Men Deco» présente un art unique au-dessus d'un lit king-size, qui est enveloppé dans des draps doux au beurre Jennifer Adams et un surmatelas duveteux.

La salle de bain attenante fournit shampoing, revitalisant et nettoyant pour le corps dans l'armoire à pharmacie.

Le maître «Safari» a un lit queen avec les mêmes draps de luxe et une touche de personnalité inattendue.

beach house icon

Have stayed in the Icon before, but the beach house was beautiful. Amazing view, beautifully appointed, convenient to all shopping and an easy cab ride into PV. The pool is by far the highlight of this property, you won't find anything like it elsewhere. Also, the fact that there is a beach bar makes it feel like a hotel but you still have the feeling that you are at home. Great vacation!

Fantastic.

The view, the beds, the location, the beach- fantastic. Our family of 5 stayed 8 nights in the beach house condo and thoroughly enjoyed it. With 3 teen daughters the condo allowed us the space to be a family and relax. A very different experience from an all-inclusive. The kitchen was well equipped and shopping was a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Fabulous

Wonderful does not even express how m we felt about this condo. It is so beautiful inside with incredible views. The beds were incredibly comfortable with delicious linens. The staff and Leo took care of our every need, including making reservations, calling cabs and translating for us. The welcoming gifts made us feel most welcome. A JAW DROPPER!

As soon as the elevator opened up into the condo suite our jaws dropped! Thanks to this stunning home we had a fabulous trip! Believe it, this home is even more gorgeous in person than it is in the pictures shown. My husband and our 2 children will be coming back. The pool and bar/restaurant are also nice spots for reading, relaxing or socializing if one chooses.

Great condo with nice amenities on the hotel zone

We really enjoyed staying at Rene’s condo at Icon Vallarta. Very nicely appointed condo (2 en-suite bathrooms was luxurious), great view and patio to ocean air! Very nicely maintained property with killer pools and hot tubs, gorgeous spa, fun beach bar and restaurant, and superbly kind and helpful staff. Leo the property manager helped with a couple small requests in a jiffy. Only about a 12-20 minute taxi to Centro or Zona Romantica to do activities outside the hotel zone, and clean safe taxis are almost always right outside the security gate (great security too). Uber works great here also. Would stay again! Thanks, Rene.

Impressive Property

We really enjoyed our family vacation at the Beach House. The property is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Leo, the property manager was there to meet us upon arrival and helped us get settled. It was nice to have some comforts of home like bottled water, beer and wine stocked in the refrigerator. The view from the patio is very impressive, we spent much of our vacation enjoying it. We even saw a whale one morning while we were enjoying our breakfast. The staff at Icon Vallarta were very friendly and helpful...they did everything they could to ensure we enjoyed our stay. If you are considering this property, rest assured, you won't be disappointed.

Look no further a fantastic place

Look no further! We had a fantastic time at The Beach House only too short! When we arrived, everything was very clean and fresh. From the time the elevator doors opened when we arrived until when they closed when we left, we had a wonderful holiday. The Beach House is a beautiful place that made us feel quite at home. Your attention to detail, the decorations, the furniture, the luxuriously soft sheets, the comfy bed had us all waking up refreshed and ready for P.V. Sunsets on the balcony were amazing, plenty of towels and sunscreen, shampoo everything anyone could want! Communication was easy!!! Not informed of construction on the property at booking

A lovely property, beautifully decorated with wide ocean-view balcony that was greatly reduced for a six day stay: however, the owner neglected to inform us of construction, ongoing yearly maintenance that all owners were sent letters and emails about. Everyone knew about it. Say what?? Had we known, we would not have ever booked, discount notwithstanding.! 0bvious Mold on the ceiling of master bath was also unsettling, as were the suede-like soft sheets that are 100% polyester! Expecting all cotton sheets in a luxury property is a no-brainer (oh and she will sell you a set for $500!) Could be a bit sweaty—so a shock for cotton purists. Owner attempted to access the unit while we were there for some minor repairs, to which we firmly said No, and also tried to send maids one hour earlier than 11 am checkout, and was firmly told we would not allow anyone in prior to our checkout time! A bit rude to say the least, along with her denial of knowledge about the construction, which was dishonest. If you have a late departure flight, you will have nowhere to stow your luggage as she makes you leave at 11:00 am and refused a later checkout. Concierge service is fantastic, but unlike a hotel, they won’t hold your bags prit to and after checkout. Guests coming in that day at 4 pm, yet she needed maids at 11 am and couldn’t grant us a few extra hours. We met Canadian regulars who have often stayed in this unit, the deck of which is fully visible to the owner’s own larger unit in the next bldg. Creepy to know you will be watched on the deck! Got a call from security because we put beach towels out to dry on the balcony chaises. Not allowed! It felt oppressive and many regulars know this owner and agreed her unit is lovely but her basic manner is “different”, ie, brusque! It was rather unsettling, regardless of the units many merits.

Absolutely Stunning!

I can’t say enough great things about The Beach House! From the personal greeting and nice touches at check in, to the exquisite furnishings and stunning oceanfront view, you will not regret staying here. The complex itself has hotel style amenities (you can even book an in-room massage) and has a bar/restaurant on the beach. For those who prefer to cook, the apartment itself has a fully equipped kitchen and there’s a large supermarket 5 min walk way and a convenience store across the street. If you have the opportunity to book this lovely place, make sure to take it!

Beautiful property, good location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the property is clean and beautiful. One thing to note, is as this is a private residence items such as laundry detergent and toilet paper are not provided. We were given a few rolls to start us off, but then had to replenish. Luckily, there is a grocery store very close by, so it wasn’t much hassle. The pool and private beach were our daily haunts, and we adored all the staff.

Beautiful place well located, clean and comfrortable.

The apartment is very nice and has more than what is mentioned in the internet. People is very nice and they take care of anything you may need. If we have the chance to come again for sure we will. 100% we recomend the unit and the condo as well.

The details are perfect

Everyone's jaw dropped as soon as our elevator opened directly into the suite and we were greeted by our friendly hosts. The view is amazing, the décor is sublime and the space has great lines that let you appreciate your stay from the beginning to when you regretfully have to leave. It is wonderful to have hosts that really understand that a vacation is an experience. The little details make you feel right at home. Water chilling in the fridge, towels and a beach bag ready for when you want to relax on the beach, comfortable furniture that lets you just relax and enjoy -- these details make this more than a condo, it makes it a secret getaway you savor. We usually only considered all inclusive hotels for our vacation, but after this trip, that idea is in the past. It is wonderful having a fully equipped kitchen to make a breakfast that you can enjoy with fresh coffee on the deck with the morning sun -- the grocery store is just a block away. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and large enough to spread out. The whole condo has that attention to detail in decorating that you want to photograph and remember. The pool area is full of mostly sunbathers, but no matter how busy, there always seems to be room for more. The beach is one of the longest and best stretches in Puerto Vallarta. Comfortable loungers and service from the beach café right to your chair at the beach or the pool. A spacious, but well appointed gym with personal trainers if you like. Several hot tubs to relax in and enjoy when the sun goes down. The property is a quick ride from the airport, taxis are always available within a moments notice and it is a cheap ride to anywhere in town, but Soriana, Costco, restaurants and massage are a quick walk away. There is also massage on the beach, just outside the property. If you are the adventurous type and want to drive in Puerto Vallarta (I am) you will appreciate the underground parking spot so your car isn't a pizza oven when you get in. It is amazing to reflect on a vacation and know that it was above your expectations. Our stay has changed how we think about travel and we look forward to staying here again soon.

Amazing Vacation

Our stay at the Beach House was fantastic! The condo was beautiful, the staff were all great, and the location was perfect. Everything you need is very close by. The pool and beach were pristine, and it was relaxing. Great restaurants within a short cab ride. I will definitely be looking to return for another vacation, and I have recommended it to friends and family. If you are considering going, just do it, you will not regret it!

Great time at the Beach House!!

My three children and I take a one week vacation each year. Its our chance to leave everything behind to relax, catch up and have fun. This yearly trip is very important and special to each of us. This year was a great success, our week at the Beach House was incredible!! Its beautifully designed, comfortable in every sense of the word. Its clearly someone's home away from home. The ICON property is also full of design surprises, my kids and I especially enjoyed the four person lounge chair facing the sea down by the pool. We spent many late afternoons there napping and playing cards. We greatly enjoyed our time in Vallarta. Rene was great helping us nail down last minute logistics. Thanks!!

Beach House at Icon

Our stay at the Beach House at Icon was simply fabulous. We were a family of four with two teenage girls. We stayed one week and were sad to leave. The condo is truly beautiful. The views from both the front and back balcony were mesmerizing. The condo itself is exactly how it is pictured, well appointed, comfortable and spacious. We loved the Icon resort property so much. It is a very safe complex with a very diligent security team; the concierge was also so helpful and welcoming. The pool/beach club staff was superb and the food was delicious. There were plenty of vendors on the beach that we were able to rent us jet skis, take us on banana boat rides and take us parasailing. There is a super market a block away, well stocked with everything you will need. There are some great restaurants in walking distance from Icon that were fantastic. The Asador La Vaca Argentia was our favorite. The servings were generous, great for leftovers! If you take a short cab ride to marina, don’t miss Victor’s for dinner and breakfast. The staff was so friendly and the food was authentic Mexican food. We went to a few higher end, special occasion restaurants, Café des Artistes and Vista Grill, both restaurants won’t disappoint. We had a day trip snorkeling to Boca, a beautiful white sandy beach with crystal blue water, worth the trip. The only small glitch the entire trip was the Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable, but we were told that this is how it is in Mexico. It turned out to be a great excuse to unplug, which we did! We watched an electrical storm over the bay for two hours one night; it was fantastic! Thank you Rene for letting us experience this special place, we will definitely be back!

THE BEACH HOUSE is exceptional!

This lovely condo in the Icon Vallarta was exceptional in every way! This trip was planned for my husband and I and another couple. We had originally booked another condo in October 2015 for our trip in February 2106. A week and a half before the trip we received an email saying that our booked/confirmed unit was not available. In a panic, I was desperately trying to find an alternative and then saw Rene's condo. Rene threw us a lifeline when she notified us that her Beach House unit was available. Communication was immediate and very professional in every way. She assured me I was in good hands and that we would not be disappointed...we certainly were not! The condo is decorated and cared for with such pride of ownership and concern for her guest's comfort. No want or need goes unanswered. For anything you may need to stock the pantry a grocery store is a short walk away. We had a marvelous time and we were so happy we found this gem in Puerto Vallarta!

Most amazing vacation ever!

I honestly haven't had a better time in my life and words can't describe how perfect everything was! The building, the services, the people and most of all this amazing apartment. I hope to do this ever year and make it a tradition. Rene has gone all out and after seeing so many different units in the building... This one is by far the best!!!

Excellent option!

The "Beach House" at Icon Vallarta really was an excellent choice for staying in Puerto Vallarta. Everything you need is available, and I'd definitely stay there again at "The Beach House" again if I have the chance to. Very kind and useful staff as well.

It doesn't get better than this!

We have just returned from a fabulous four week stay at this wonderful property. We travel to PV every winter and have stayed at many lovely places but nothing can come close to this experience. The Icon and especially this luxurious condo itself were everything Rene promised and more.The attention to detail made us feel we were guests in a personal home. Everything you could want is provided for. The beds with their pillowtop mattresses and luxe Barbara Berry linens were amazing. The view from the oversized balcony was breathtaking and the private elevator was a treat. The property has many hotel type amenties. The beachside bar served great food and drinks at reasonable prices and it was a good place to meet many nice people. Of course the sunsets were gorgeous and the weather perfect for all 28 days. We will highly recommend this place to anyone. The tough part was leaving but we are happy in knowing that we have already planned our return visit in 2015.

Amazing !!!

as always our stay here was great ! The condo is one of the most beautiful places we've seen, very comfortable. You'll have the best sleep you've ever had, the beds and sheets are that cozy. The sunset from the deck !! you have to see. The people there are so friendly, everything you need is very close. The owner here really cares if you have a great stay and if everything is going well. thanks again for everything. Pete and bev

Paradise in Puerto Vallarta

This is our 2nd time staying at the wonderful Icon Vallarta. It would be very hard to find a condo better than this! Very spacious, well stocked, comfortable and the best beds and linen available. Rene and Steve have thought of everything. We will be back.

This place is really Great!

Our family of six just spent a week here and everything was amazing! The owner really takes time to make sure everything is perfect. Her home has everything you could want. Furnished very nice and all the extra's. The ICON property is really nice. Poolside drink and food service were great. We will stay here again for sure.

I first visited Puerto Vallarta in my early 20s and I fell in love instantly…as early 20-somethings tend to do! From that first moment, I started dreaming of owning a place of my own in P.V. someday, and the dream stayed with me.
