This splendid home away from home enjoys an inviting living area with fantastic ocean views, a comfy sectional where you can spread out comfortably, and a large smart TV with streaming services. Relaxing stay

We had a great three days to end our trip to Mexico at this property. The place was clean and had great amenities. Everything from check in to check out was easy and great. The host was very quick to respond. The pool was well maintained and clean and overlooked the ocean. We saw whales jumping from our place and the pool.The condo had great a/c so when it was too hot out it was perfect inside. I would stay here again. It was so wonderful.

Beautiful stay

Quick but beautiful stay close to malecon which was great and the pools were amazing. Horse rides on the below beach and jet skis

Great Condo with an amazing view

The deck and view are definitely the best part of the condo. It is a cute condo with everything you need. The pools are amazing. 30 min walk into Old town and some nice restaurants near by. The only down side of this unit is that it is on the end of the building right next to the roosters and street dogs. You could hear both on and off through out the night.

Great View in Puerto Vallarta

The best thing about this property is the location. Beautiful view of the ocean. We were there during whale season and were able to see whales while sitting on the balcony! Easy walk to grocery store, restaurants, and the Malecon (about 1.5 miles but safe and straight shot). This is a newer property and I think they are working out some kinks. We did have some issues but the property manager worked with us to sort them out. Provided feedback to hopefully help future renters avoid the issues. There are some vociferous roosters next door if that’s an issue for you. They are part of the ambiance. Overall, the location and view more than make up for any other issues and I would recommend this property.

Great Family Trip to Puerto Vallarta

My husband and I with our 3 kids just returned from 6 nights in PV. This condo was exactly what we needed for our family. It is exactly how the photos show in the listing - great views, quiet room and very spacious. The neighbors on the floor were friendly as well as all of the locals and travelers alike at the pools. The property is very family friendly and easy to navigate around - as well as close to shopping, restaurants, grocery, bars, etc. The onsite staff were also very friendly and there was always someone around if you were to need anything. The check-in process was easy. I contacted the Local Operations Manager 2 days ahead and provided the information required (in the instructions we received at booking). Irma was very responsive and was available for any questions we had. Even on her day off, which was the day we were arriving, she provided us with a backup contact in case we were in need of anything. Excellent customer service all around. I would not hesitate to return to this condo complex. Although it is growing with a new tower, the construction noise didn't bother us at all and since we prefer a condo over an all inclusive I think this was one of the nicest I came across - which shows with many of the units being full time / most of the time tenants.

First the view and closeness to the ocean is beautiful...5 stars for sure. The condo is nice and roomy and the king bed was comfy. The twin beds were hard.The pools and deck were well maintained. The whole building was clean. We did have a few issues, that the property manager, Irma, remedied very quickly. She was great!!! The kitchen was not stocked with workable fry pans, pots, large bowl for chips, salads, etc, no steak knives, measuring cups and spoons. This was rectified the same day we mentioned it. There are some issues that the owners can and should fix. The couch smells like urine and you can see the yellow staining where the couch was peed on. I washed the couch cushions and dining room chair cushions because they were stained. The couch has cigarette burns on the chaise part. That is where the urine smell is as well. There is no way we could use the oven efficiently. English instructions should be left in the unit. There are not many electrical outlets in the kitchen. The one just above the sink is a safety hazzard. The fridge ice maker did not work, and the fridge Alarm kept going off. English instructions on that should also be left in the unit. The sink did not have drain stoppers. It was impossible to wash dishes in the sink. Many of the dinner plates and bowls have chips in them. The toaster only toasted on one side, you then need to turn the bread over to toast the other size. A new toaster would be an easy fix. See part 2 for more info
