Honey Rock Farm, circa 1752, sits on 7 acres of peaceful pasture and woods. Come enjoy your East Greenwich stay, minutes from the interstate and downtown EG. East Greenwich offers both waterfront dining, and an active main street with restaurants, and shopping. The farm's cottage was once the "ice house" built in the1850's, eventually converted to a quaint cottage. It boasts an eat-in kitchen, living room, and sun room with a baby grand piano and additional daybed on the first floor, and bedroom and full bath upstairs. If you are looking for a quiet getaway or just a comfortable spot for business or family travel, this is the place for you!
I have only good things to say! The location was amazing, the hosts were so courteous and kind, and the cottage itself was exactly what we needed for our girls weekend. 10/10 would stay here again!
Such a wonderful place to stay! Natalie and Jack greeted us upon our arrival and made us feel welcomed. We enjoyed looking out the windows at the chickens, red squirrels, and deer. Everything that we could have needed was already there in the cottage for us. We would definitely recommend!
We had a great stay with Natalie at the farm!! She was always super responsive and very helpful. Home was clean and perfect for our needs. Definitely would stay with her again!! 5+ stars!!!
Such a cute cottage set on a beautiful farm! We loved that it felt secluded and quiet, but was still very drivable to all the conveniences needed. The cottage was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the baby grand piano. We had a great weekend getaway!
The cottage was beautiful. It was really clean and the setting was spectacular. We could hear owls in the evening and see deer out in the meadow. Jack the dog was super friendly and greeted us each time we returned to the property. The hosts were incredibly nice. They brought us over a dozen fresh eggs from their hens. Highly recommend this cottage.
This is a peaceful place to stay and relax for a bit. We used it while exploring the Providence and Newport areas. There are decent dining options within reasonable driving distance and it is very close to I-95. It has a complete kitchen with dishes and utensils and a comfy living room with TV. The second floor bathroom is spacious and clean. There is a friendly dog outside to greet you as you come and go. (That may be a deterrent to some.) This home is on a farm next to the farmhouse, and there are chickens nearby as well. Overall a really nice and relaxing place to be.
