Un port de plaisance où de nombreux voiliers sont amarrés dans des eaux calmes, au moment du coucher du soleil.

Great spot while out and about in Rhode Island. Mattress needs to be updated and more comfortable chairs needed in room especially when returning back to the room after a long day.

Karen, I'm happy you liked the location! Many guests tell me the bed is super comfortable. As far as the chairs....two are for eating around the table and the other two are for relaxing. They even have arm rests and pillows. I do provide lots of pillows, 6 on the bed for relaxing and watched the large screen TV!

Cindy was an amazing host! Before check in she left us some goodies for our arrival. The corn bread she made was delicious. The room was very cozy and clean! Nothing beats being able to look out at the water and just relax. Also it’s in very close proximity to Rocky Point Park and a very cute coffee shop. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

This was the perfect place for Labor Day weekend. Cindy was a fantastic host, provided so many great recommendations, and very responsive. She even had baked goodies that were waiting for us (and delicious). The hot tub was also perfect to relax in after sightseeing all day. HIGHLY recommend this spot!

Very cute and cozy rental in a very nice RI town. Beautiful sunsets off the deck every night! Great place to relax, read or just have a glass of wine and chat. Cindy, The host, is very nice, gave us lots of information about the area, and names of great restaurants! Sophia's was one. My husband is Italian and said the food was some of the best Italian food he has ever had. Will probably return in warmer weather!

In addition to the bathroom sink and shower I also provide a wash tub with dish soap to do dishes.

When we first got to the porch we saw a beautiful sunset over the water with a swan swimming! We really enjoyed our stay. The host is very kind and the place is clean and lovely!

This was a great place to stay while visitng RI, Cindy was an excellent host! We enjoyed the hot tub and watching the sunset and the bed was extremely comfortable.

We had a good stay. She had a cornbread and fruits for us when we checked in. After the stay, the host is charging us 100 for a registered service dog. After explaining to her that he was a service dog I thought we were OK. She never asked for paperwork acknowledgement which we had. And for inadvertently shutting off the hot tub. The temperature was still at 88ºF. Due to the 100 surcharge will not be returning.

My adult daughter and Istayed 3 nights to attend a bridal shower nearby. The single room located on the second story of the home is at the end of a dead end street in a shady and quiet area. The room is accessed by an outside stairway leading up to an uncovered deck through a sliding glass door into the room. There was no futon!! as advertised! but it did have the queen bed and we managed. The bathroom had a tub with shower. There was a small round table with two chairs for any eats and 2 other chairs. The room is really perfect for a single, a couple….or a Mom and adult daughter! There is also an excellent small, 5 or 6 tables, coffee shop nearby selling sandwiches and pastries! Perfect to bring back and enjoy on the deck or in the room. Napkins and some disposable utensils, paper plates in the room.The room could use a little TLC, here and there, but on the whole was fine for what we needed. I will be back!

I'm happy you enjoyed your stay. As I explained to you, I had a Full size blow up mattress with fresh linens in the closet in your room for your use. There are real dishes and utensils in the kitchen cart in the room. I try really hard to make the room perfect so I'm curious what you think the room needs, as far as TLC? The bathroom and shower are only 2 years old. The room and bathroom was freshly painted two years ago. There s a big screen TV and a mini fridge, microwave and toaster. When you arrived there was a freshly baked goodie as well as complimentary fruit and water in the fridge. I'm retired and take this rental very seriously and work really hard to make it perfect. I wish I could have earned a 5 star from you!

It was very easy to communicate with the host. Everything was just as described. There was fruit and a homemade gifts to enjoy. Relaxing in the hot tub by the marina was a very enjoyable experience.

The host was very nice. She offered some homemade goodies, fruit and homemade bath and body samples. My favorite part was the deck and all the birds that come to her feeders. It was a quiet space and pet friendly.
