Thank you for laying this out so clearly. A family of 10 should have enough towels, cookware, and trash capacity to match the cabin's size, and we've shared each of these with our team, including a review of the trash fee situation. We're glad the space itself served everyone well, and we'd welcome the chance to deliver a better equipped stay.

Thank you for the fantastic review, Matt! We're so happy to hear that the property was perfect for your large family and that everyone enjoyed the king beds. It sounds like a great stay, and we'd love to welcome you all back for another wonderful visit!

We're delighted to hear that you had a great family vacation in our cabin and that the individual bathrooms in each bedroom and the pool added to the overall positive experience. We appreciate your feedback on the Wi-Fi and food delivery limitations – these are important points for future guests to be aware of. It's fantastic that the kids had a lot of fun in the pool. Thank you for recommending our place, and we'd love to host you again if your plans bring you back to the area. Safe travels, Ursula!

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your stay in our cabin, Tammy. We value guest input as it helps us continually improve our properties and the experiences we provide. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future!

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you found the home very clean. We are sorry to hear, however, that several items were not in proper condition during your stay. Our local team has since delivered a new baby gate and chalk, confirmed that the pool table has all its balls, addressed the missing bed boards, and cleaned the popcorn machine. Regarding the moisture and mildew-like smell in the pool area, one of the pool fans was not working, which caused the excess humidity. A new fan has been ordered and will be replaced as soon as possible. We’ll also be sharing your feedback with our listings team in regards to the view to ensure everything is accurately reflected moving forward. We truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a smoother and more enjoyable stay.

Hi Christy, Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that your group enjoyed the amenities of our house and had a phenomenal Christmas getaway. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we're glad the move to this cabin turned out to be such a good fit for your large family. The location really is a sweet spot—right in the middle of all the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg fun. Thank you for the note about the kitchen supplies; we've passed it along to our team so we can keep the cabin as well stocked as possible. We'd love to welcome you back for another mountain getaway anytime.

Thank you for your stay. We're always working to make each visit better, and any thoughts you'd like to share would reach the team responsible for the home directly. We'd love to host you again.
