Echo Landing 11 is a stylish and modern 3-bedroom/3-bathroom townhome, perfect for a vacation in Sun Peaks Resort. New to the area as of winter 2019, this elegant home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and boasts a private hot tub on the balcony, installed in early December 2019.
The ground level offers access to a spacious two-car garage, which doubles as a mudroom with ample space for loading and unloading your ski gear, leading to the main living areas.
The second level of this home is an open-concept haven, beautifully decorated with rustic-style hardwood flooring throughout the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The wooden pantry and cupboards provide plenty of storage space, seamlessly blending with the home's modern aesthetic.
The living room is an inviting space featuring a large flatscreen TV mounted above the fireplace, perfect for cozying up on the comfortable L-shaped sectional sofa. This floor also includes a convenient half-bathroom (powder room).

This property has up to 2 parking spaces available. There is room for 1 vehicle in the garage (suitable for a car or small SUV), and 1 vehicle directly outside of the garage.
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
