Boat Parking for 2 + Walk downtown *Family Friendly w/ Backyard
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located lake house. Gas Stations, Groceries, and Downtown Page are all minutes away. Itâs all so close that you could easily walk! 1 mile away from the airport, kayak rentals, boat rentals. City events are often hosted at Page Plaza (0.5 mile away). When you stay at the Sapphire Lake House convenience is our goal. Easily park a boat or two at the house with peace of mind that they will be securely monitored by cameras.
The space: The Sapphire Lake House offers a simple, comfortable place to call home throughout your travels. We have 4 bedrooms: Master, Deep Blue, Mermaid, and Bunk Room. The Master suite features a private bathroom. A complimentary pack n play can be found in the closet of the Mermaid Room, and a High Chair can be found on the Laundry room shelves. Each room has nightstands and clothes hangers for your convenience. Each room has a ceiling fan with the exception of the Bunk Room for safety reasons. We do have a stand alone fan for the Bunk Room which can be found in the bunk room. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials for adults and children.
Guest access: You will have full access to the home and all of its storage throughout your stay with the exception of the ownerâs closet which is located to the right of the front door.
Other things to note: The Sapphire Lake House is conveniently located in the âNavajo Loopâ. The street loops around. This is especially convenient when you are towing/ parking a boat and need to turn around. The âNavajo Loopâ will take you from one side of Page to the other with minimal traffic, and minimal turning. You can also cut through the surface streets of âThe Loopâ as needed.
An added benefit of the neighborhood is the quiet. Because it is a residential area, there is minimal traffic/noise from other travelers.
Parking at the house is very convenient. We have⊠-1 car garage -1 paved driveway parking space -1 paved boat parking space (width of a driveway, with 2 cars depth) -on the street parking for 3-4cars in front of the house (first come, first serve)
We only stayed one night, but everything was as advertised and met our needs totally. Location was fantastic, the house was very clean, and the owner was very, very kind and quick to let us know we had left a suitcase behind. Everything was as we expected, a perfect fit for our family. Would definitely stay here again.
We were excited to see antelope canyon but have a large family. This was a great location and gave us plenty of sleeping spaces for our family! Great stop on our vacation!
We stayed for just one night to break up a long car ride for all the young children in our party. It fit the bill for our needs and the kids loved running around in the backyard to get their wiggles out. It was about 15 minutes from the slot canyon tour that we had planned for the following morning. Our host was gracious enough to give us a few extra minutes to get back from the tour and pack our things after the 10:00am check out time.
Quick overnighter in this property. Town is small so this place is convenient to everything, even to our tour to Upper Antelope Canyon the next morning. Spacious and lots of beds, massive backyard (in better weather and a longer stay we would have utilized, especially the grill). Perfect For our needs o. This trip!
The location is central, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The house and beds were quite comfortable. The hosts responded quickly and were always pleasant and courteous.
Clean, older home with plenty of space for everyone. The home was well stocked with everything youâll need for home cooking. Located close to downtown you can walk to restaurants and shopping. Beds were comfortable too! I would definitely recommend this home as a budget friendly stay.
The Mannâs were responsive and great hosts. Their home has a very large living space, well stocked kitchen and everything was very clean. Although we didnât use it, they have a big back yard that would be great to relax in during the summer! They put together a nice binder with local restaurants and things to do during your stay, which was a nice touch.
Thanks Mann Fam!
The property is older but clean and comfortable, especially for a larger group like ours (10). The boat parking can be tricky if yiu have a tall wakeboard tower- have to watch the corner of the house and the cement fence. You can tell someone has already hit it, but if youâre aware of it there shouldnât be a problem. The kitchen supplies were well stocked and preparing meals was easy. The master bath sink was clogged but the owner got a plumber there right away and got it fixed!
The house was not in the best shape. Definitely had some wear and tear and outdated - aside from the flooring. very basic and no frills. We were only there for one night so it wasnât too bad - but definitely wouldnât have wanted to stay longer. I was disappointed and didnât feel the price justified the property. It had very little in the way of amenities.
My second child was born in Page. We lived in Page full time for about a year. We loved our time living there so much, that when it came time to move, we kept our house. Now we rent it out, so we can come visit and enjoy the adventures all around Page, and Lake Powell, and also so we can share our love of the area with our guests.
We love this home because of the open floor plan, GIANT backyard, and great location. You can get anywhere within city limits in 10-15min. It really doesn't take long to immerse yourself in nature! Page is a very family-friendly and unique area. We have loved exploring the lake, and constantly finding new favorite places to explore. Page may be a small town, but you won't find boredom here, but you will find hiking, biking, kayaking, horseback riding, boating, water sports, beaches, fishing, and much more!
