Hi David - Thank you for your review. I double checked our communication and don't have any messages from you after we granted early check-in on the day of your arrival. My apologies if you tried to send something, but please know that I always respond within a few minutes any time a guest reaches out. I apologize that you were cold in the home; the thermostats are Google Nest thermostats and can be changed remotely by any guest at any time. I wish I would've known you had an issue and I would have been more than happy to help you resolve it. As for the parking situation, our neighbors are allowed to park in the street as these are their permanent homes, but we have an agreement that we will not fill the street with guest cars. The driveway has fit at least 8 cars previously, so there should be ample space for guest vehicles. We are working with our cleaning crew to see what may have happened with the cleanliness issues you mentioned. Would you mind direct messaging me any photos of the issues you saw?
