Condo layout was perfect for our family. Especially liked quick access to the beach using the stairs and the smaller pool just below us. Well stocked kitchen and clean. The beach chairs and sand toys available in the closet were a great plus as we did not have to pack and bring from home. We have stayed at Edgewater for 30 years. A family tradition we treasure. Hope to stay again in 2027 in this condo again

Just got home from a much needed vacation! Our VRBO was delivered as expected.... From check in to check out everything went smoothly. The host was easy to communicate with throughout the entire week. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a smooth vacation. The views were amazing from watching the turtle nest, to the sound of the waves. Oh yeah the thunder storms were pretty awesome as well. If you are challenged physically in any way, note that the beach access is difficult, a lot of walking. While the two rental chairs and umbrella are perfect, they are not easily accessible. The once accessible gate is not longer available, per the rental company. I do although highly recommend this unit and would definitely consider it for next year.

Thank you so much for your review. The closer beach access is caught up in negotiations by the homeowner's association. It's been open and closed several times in the past month. In fact I was not aware it was closed again. Thank you for bringing it to my attention, as we may need to consider switching the rental chair company. Hopefully the negotiations result in it being opened again permanently. Glad you had a great week!!

Family fun vacation

Very nice condo accommodations, sleeps up to 10 people, very large balcony area, just a very good experience we were in contact with Kelly who was very nice and easy to deal with.

Awesome vacation!

My family and I visited the week of June 14-21 and loved the condo. Great accommodations, very clean, comfortable balcony adirondack chairs and the views were amazing. Pictures do not do this condo justice. My family and I will be back.

Relaxing stay

We had a very nice and relaxing stay at this unit. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The reserved chairs were fantastic, and we enjoyed the other beach chairs, too! The view of the ocean was wonderful.

The condo was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The beaches were very nice and well maintained. The complex and amenities were awesome. Will definitely stay here again and would also recommend to anyone and everyone.

Amazing views and easy beach access.

Great location. Convenient to restaurants, groceries, and onsite event center. Amazing views and easy beach access. 4 adults and 3 kids stayed and there was plenty of space for sleeping and lounging around. Balcony is massive! A few minor maintenance fixes needed but nothing that negatively impacted our stay.

Great condo

We had a lovely time. The condo is spacious and clean. Great view of the ocean. Only suggestion- could use a towel hook in the master bath next to the shower.

Fall Break 2019

Very clean with everything we needed. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 kids under 6. They had a highchair and stroller that came in handy .

Condo was beautiful as the pics suggested and it was apparent that the unit had been recently remodeled. Fabulous views of the Gulf. It was very clean and this was most appreciated as we had babies crawling on the floors. The owner was thoughtful, responsive and included the little things that make for a great stay away from home. The location is great and it is conveniently located to everything. We loved our stay and will definitely try to reserve this unit for our next visit to PCB. We highly recommend staying here!

Only thing that was disappointing was the condo said it came with beach rental chairs however they were 200 yards from the unit

Hi Paula. I'm so glad you enjoyed you stay. I'm sorry you were disappointed in the distance of the chairs. You may not have understood the directions in your welcome text. The chairs are directly in front of unit. If you use the beach access gate closest to unit they are only a stones throw away

Wonderful stay!

We love the Edgewater Resort & this unit was exceptional. We loved the quieter location in Tower 2 not overlooking the main pool, but only steps to get there. It was perfect. The unit is beautifully remodeled and felt like home. It had everything we needed including pans, kitchen utensils, a hair dryer, beach chairs and toys, etc. We'd love to stay in this unit again and again!

The room was clean and generally well appointed (oddly there was no can opener). Several things broken but not a big deal. Host was responsive to questions.
