Newly Renovated Condo - One Block to Main Street, Ski-In, & Hot Tubs!

Recently updated two bedroom/ two bath condo within one block from downtown Main Street and on the 4 O’Clock ski run. This is a true ski-in location! The bus picks up right outside the condo or walk to the gondola to start your ski day. This newly upgraded condo is perfect for two couples or a family looking to enjoy skiing and all downtown Breck has to offer. Condo features new stainless steel appliances, cabinets, countertops, new carpet, and fresh paint. Other features include a gas fireplace, tile throughout, fully stocked kitchen, two full bathrooms, a ski locker for storage, in-unit washer/ dryer, a private balcony with mountain views, garage parking, and an elevator in the building.

2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed & Queen Murphy Bed

The second bedroom overlooks sawmill creek, so guests can fall asleep with the sounds of the rushing water right outside the window. This bedroom also features a queen Murphy bed that allows for more sleeping space without overcrowding the bedroom.

The complex features two indoor hot tubs, a shared grilling area, enclosed garage parking, and an elevator.

Absolutely fabulous!

We loved the property and how close it was to everything
. the slopes, shopping and restaurants!!!! The host showed wonderful hospitality and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed! We highly recommend for anyone looking a quaint condo close to everything!

Family spring break

We had a wonderful spring break stay! The location was great for walking to restaurants, coffee shops, and a stroll around town. Being able to ski straight up to the condo at the end of the day was so nice (the shuttle was also right outside our door). The kitchen had all of the essentials for cooking, ie pots, pans, paper towels, dish soap and there were plenty of bathroom essentials as well. We would stay here again.

EXCELLENT LOCATION

Wonderful condo. Most definitely ski-in. You can almost ski right into the elevator! Walk to gondola is not difficult but happy that is how to start the day and not end it. Overall, excellent condo and would stay again. The condo was clean and in a perfect location to slopes and downtown. The owner is EXTREMELY responsive and easy to communicate with. Great place to stay in Breck.

Absolutely perfect!

This property is a must stay! The location was perfect for a family of 4 looking for an all mountain experience. Skiing right up to the building after a great day of skiing was simply the best. This property is centrally located to everything you need-grocery, town full of shopping, food and fun, bus stop, and ski rentals. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The owner was so accommodating, super timely in responding to all of our questions and needs, and provided us with all the pertinent information. This property exceeds in entry category. Definitely make this a destination for your next visit to Breckenridge.

Amazing condo

The Four O Clock condo was beautifully decorated with pine trees, a fully equipped kitchen and a steam shower. The steam shower helped my soar muscles recover for the next day skiing 😬. The condo was super clean and ready for visitors. Clear instructions in the binder from parking to how to work the TV. Kevin checked in on us a couple of times, which was very nice. My only suggestion is a small bench for the steam shower...I would have stayed longer in the shower đŸ€ŁđŸ€ŁđŸ€Ł. I will definitely rebook if we come next year! We are looking into Aspen, do you have a rental there?

Four O'Clock was outstanding!

Our stay here was outstanding! The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive, and checked in to ensure our visit to Breckinridge was going well. They even thought to leave us a Christmas card! They also had excellent recommendations for dining and how to navigate the town. The condo is in a great location. It’s only two blocks from the gondola and one block from Main St., which provides easy access to skiing, restaurants and shopping. Plus, the Four O’Clock ski run ends right at the condo. A bus stop for Breckinridge’s free transit system is also right next to the condo complex. We visited during the holiday season, and the condo was impressively decorated. The unit was extremely clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, cups, glasses, utensils, pots and pans. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage and options on pillows and blankets. The beds were comfortable, and the Murphy wall bed in the second bedroom was great to accommodate two teens. The Wi-Fi in the unit was very strong, and we were easily able to stream content on the televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. We didn't bring our laptops, but there were cables available to connect computers and other devices to desktop monitors in the second bedroom and to the TV in the living room. The condo is very well insulated, and we never had to worry about being cold. Multiple thermostats and floor heaters enabled us to easily control the temperature in the living areas, bathrooms and bedrooms. It was a great experience for us in Breckinridge, and we would highly recommend this host and property.

Perfect spot for our family

Not sure where to start with this condo! Great location, literally steps from all the downtown shops and restaurants. Can't wait to come back in the winter as it also appears to be ski-in, and a really easy walk to Snowflake Lift. Super Clean. You can tell the owner / manager really takes pride in this place. Plenty of space for all. On this trip it was just my wife, 2 kids (5 & 7), and I, however, it felt like we could easily fit 6 as this is listed. Nice size bedrooms, and tons of seating in the living / dining area. Kitchen had all the appliances we needed and the washer / dryer is a big plus during ski season. Overall a great experience, and we can't wait to come back!!

Great Stay! Close to Downtown & Very Clean

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo this fall. The location cannot be beat - you’re only one block to the center of downtown and all the restaurants/ shopping/ activities. Although it wasn’t snowing while we were here, it was nice to hike the 4 o’clock trail outside the front door. The condo was very clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. We loved waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the stream outside the bedroom window. The new owners have installed brand new appliances & new carpet, and the kitchen is well stocked. The elevators were handy for carrying up luggage, and we really appreciated using the hot tubs on the cold nights. We will absolutely rent this condo again! The location is too convenient and we can’t wait to stay here during ski season.
