Netflix available on TV. Use remote and press the `Home` button to access wifi enables TV apps etc. Netflix account has already been linked and created for our guests.

**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**

Parking: You can park on the driveway to the left the house OR on the street. Street parking is FREE at this location!

Please be mindful of gas stove knobs when working within the kitchen and make sure all are fully off when leaving the unit.

Although the counters may seem to be a wonderful surface to cut on, please be mindful to use provided cutting boards instead for food prep and for hot items!

Cracking a window when showering will help with ventilation / steam reduction.


Everything should be prepared for your stay upon your arrival. We ask that upon your departure, you complete the following items prior to checking out:

1. Please empty all food items from the refrigerator and kitchen into the garbage. Garbage if full may be taken into the garage into the black trash can on the side of the home on the driveway. Recycling items may be put in the green receptacle on the side of the home as well.

2. Please put all dishes used into the dishwasher and start the wash cycle with the provided dishwasher pod (under the sink)

3. Please put all used towels from the kitchen and bathrooms into the bathtub. White bathmats that were used may also be placed in the bathtub for cleaning.
