• Can park 2 small vehicles in garage
• Can park 2-3 larger vehicles in driveway
• Commercial vehicles, trailers, Rvs, busses, golfcarts and boats are not permitted on the Windsor Island Resort property per HOA

Trash:
• Trash must be disposed of in 13 gallon bags
• Please place trash bags in bin outside (no loose trash will be picked up- including cardboard boxes)
• Trash will be pick up daily ( as long as it has been disposed of correctly)

House-keeping:
• We take pride in making sure that the house has been thoroughly cleaned before your check-in. We will happily provide you with clean bed linnens and fresh towels for your use. We want to ensure that all your home needs are available, so we have equipped all the bathrooms with basic toiletry needs such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

•We also provide you with towels for you to use at our home when you are enjoying your time at the pool. We ask that you please not remove pool towels from our property.

•Daily house-keeping is not provided, however if you do have an extended stay and would like a mid-stay cleaning service, one can be arranged with an additional fee.

Pool:
• Pool Heating is Optional
• Heating fee is $35 per day (including check-in and check-out days)
• Temperature is set at 88° F
• Please request pool heat minimum 48 hours before
• Attached is a spa that shares water with the pool. (Not a Hottub or Jacuzzi with Jets)
• Water heater works through heat exchange so warming of the pool during the colder weather comes with it's challenges. If you are still wanting the water heater to be turned on during your stay just let us know
