Location is excellent for exploring many of the best food, shopping, and entertainment in Waco, We really enjoyed the Waco Indie Film Fest, Balconies Distillery, lunch at Hecho in Waco, and breakfast at Cafe Cappuccino. Beds were supportive and comfy, AC worked great, and everything was sparkling clean. Great place to stay with a cool industrial vibe.

This has got to be one of the best places to stay when visiting the highlights in Waco! Most everything was in walking distance. Adorable loft, comfortable and clean. And super safe! If we go back we will definitely stay here again.

I ended up staying an extra two weeks (for a total of 3 weeks)! I was in town for work and it was like home away from home. The unit was comfy and I honestly couldn’t wait to get back at the end of the day lol. I would recommend everyone to stay here.
