Quick overnight stay

Only stayed one night, but the condo was clean, quiet, and very comfortable! Perfect downtown location- don’t forget to grab coffee at Fabled bookstore in the same building for a nice treat.

Spring Break in Waco

Property walking distance to Dr Pepper Museum, Magnolia and numerous shops/restaurants, and short drive to zoo and Baylor museums that kept 3 yr old GK happy and adults busy..Marvelous bookstore adjacent to property.

Such a fun stay!!!

This was a girl’s getaway and we loved every minute! The loft is awesome and comfortable and has everything you need. The beds are super comfy annd the bathrooms are sizable and have all you need and the location is perfect for any shopping you have come to do at Spice Village! Fabled (the bookstore on the corner of the lofts building) is ADORABLE and was great to shop and sit and relax, the cutest! We’ll be back!

Waco-Perfect Condo

The rental was excellent and perfect for our stay. Management was very responsive and the check in/out process simple. The property was conveniently located and very clean. The place was just a listed. We will definitely stay there again.

Good location, walking distance to Magnolia if you're wanting to visit that, easy quick drive to Baylor, next door to the best bookstore and coffee bar, free parking, comfortable apartment - you won't be disappointed!

Beautiful and the Best Location

Perfect place to stay if you want a central location. The condo was beautiful, quiet and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was great and so easy. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

We really enjoyed our stay, it’s very central and close to all things Waco! The rooms were perfect, cozy living space and the hosts were great to work with. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Waco.

Get Away

The place was just as listed. Clean, great decor and blocks from the magnolia farms. Love the location. My wife and I have already decided that this will be our place when we need a get away from Dallas hands down.

Perfect base camp for girls weekend

Loved the walkability of the area. The condo is super cute and comfortable. We didn’t cook but it looked well stocked for anyone interested in doing so. Would stay again!

Waco - Behrens Lofts - Magnolia Everything - Fabled Book Shop

The property management was wonderful to work with, answering questions, providing needed information etc. The property was safe, clean, and steps away from many favorites. If you have heavy luggage, there are several steps out front to maneuver, but the loft is on the main level, so very convenient. I would definitely stay again!
