Beautiful place on the beach! Clean, well cared-for, updated. Great views! Walked the beach daily. Saw the biggest pelicans! Great for shelling. Found 3 Junonias!!! Thank you so much SandyFeet for sharing this AMAZING place for a reasonable price!!! Oh, BTW; the bed was surprisingly comfy!!!

Great location. Clean and nice lily furnished unit. Host communication was quick. I was surprised to have to rent a beach umbrella for a beach property. This would be a good addition to add for your renters.

Fabulous Accommodation and Location on the Beach!

This was our second time of staying here and we enjoyed as much as the first time!! Accommodation is clean, roomy, modern and has everything you need - with the added bonus of a fantastic view of the beautiful, quiet beach. The location is perfect, on the beach, close to bars and restaurants and shops. Hosts are so easy to work with too - very friendly and get back to you straight away. Just love this place on Bellair Beach and will be back!!

We had a lovely week in 313! The weather was a wild ride however the accommodations were exactly what we had hoped for. Quaint, cozy and everything that we needed. Bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was gorgeous.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I was most impressed by the cleanliness when we arrived and the stunning ocean views! The kitchen was well stocked and the tub was large. We stayed with our 2 children (9 & 11) and they used the pull-out couch (could use a new mattress). It was extremely tricky for all 4 of us in the small space, however. With only one small wardrobe in the bedroom and no dressers, we essentially had our stuff laying all over. A dresser and hangers for the wardrobe would be super helpful.
