Thank you for staying with us, Stephanie! We appreciate you taking the time to leave this review! We are elated that you found the house and location satisfying. However, we regret that your vacation was interrupted by nearby construction. This construction was not being carried out by us, and as such, we would not have been aware that it would have been in progress during your stay. If we have prior knowledge about such events, we always notify our guests and/or take the initiative to have them moved to another comparable unit if necessary. Nevertheless, we are not seeing where you once called in and complained about construction noise. Please, do not hesitate next time to reach out to us for any reason at all as we are always happy to help! We look forward to hosting you again soon. Regards, Benchmark Management

Rebecca, Thank you for taking the time to leave a detailed review regarding your recent stay with us. We're happy to hear that aside from the issues you encountered you did enjoy the home. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of construction nearby. Unfortunately, the rental agreement does have a section explaining that Benchmark Management cannot predict construction plans in the area and therefor cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience. As for the items you listed being short, we do only provide a few items and should you have any questions about the amenities were always happy to help. Again, we do apologize as we understand your didn't have the 5-star vacation you expected. We would love an opportunity to give you a more perfect beach vacation. Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Dear Kevin, We want to express our gratitude for selecting us for your stay and for taking the time to share your review. We're genuinely sorry for the challenges you faced during your visit. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we deeply regret any inconvenience caused by the issues with the dishwasher and oven. We acknowledge our shortcomings in communication and swift response, and we're fully committed to using your feedback to enhance our communication processes. Be assured, we are dedicated to better handling such situations in the future. We did attempt to follow up with you via phone call after your departure, but unfortunately did not reach you. Nevertheless, we did send you a resolution and hope you have since received it! We do our best to take care of our guests in the fullest, even if it means following up after your stay. Your patience and understanding mean a lot to us. We hope that despite these setbacks, there were still enjoyable moments during your stay. Thank you for raising these concerns; your feedback is invaluable. We eagerly anticipate the chance to provide you with an exceptional, 5-star-worthy experience in the times ahead. Warm regards, Benchmark Management **Edited to add that the dishwasher was replaced in August!
