The main home is a remodeled spacious 2,558 square foot 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home. The first floor features two living areas, dining for 8, the kitchen, and a full bathroom. 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, all with king beds. The primary bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool, a step in shower and jacuzzi tub.

A large salt water heated pool separates the pool house from the main house. The entire pool area is screened in offering protection from bugs and the sun. An exquisite mermaid mural and fountain greet you upon entering the pool area. The pool house fittingly has a pool table, dart board and kitchenette. A queen size murphy bed quickly turns this room into sleeping quarters. Beyond the pool house is a stand alone 1 bedroom we refer to as the Casita. Outside of the Casita and Pool House you will find a sun deck with room for four.

The immaculately landscaped property features too many plants to list, including live oaks and palm trees. A large deck off of the dining area offers outdoor dining with a gas grill.
