We decided at the last minute to take a trip with just the two of us and our dogs. Needless to say, this was WAY too much house for two people and two pups, but we loved the pool and the big fenced yard so the dogs could enjoy the outdoors with us. Plenty of plates and cups and silverware and more for your whole huge extended family! The house is built solid and even when it was a million degrees outside, the house was cool and comfortable. In fact, this house had the best cooling system of any house we’d ever stayed in! Host was super responsive and easy to work with! A

We had a great stay. The house was clean, comfortable and just as described. The younger generation had a blast with the provided games. Several of us took the approximately 15 minute walk to the beach for our daily exercise. We were gifted with excellent weather in early March to enjoy the heated pool .Brock and Kim were easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot

The house was perfect for our group and the town had tons of family friendly things to do. The beach wasn’t as crowded and the house was an easy walk from it. The property manager was super nice and able to help with whatever we needed! Great stay!

Great stay at this new property. Everything is very clean and the rooms had large beds that made the stay comfortable for everyone. Lots of outdoor space with games and activities. December CCU Graduation

My family and I booked this house for our daughters college graduation. Us 3 families fit perfectly and had a wide variety of things to do. It was comfortable, affordable, and was in a great location as it was so close to our favorite place (The Marsh Walk)! There was even the cutest Christmas tree up with lights and teal ornaments that made it feel festive and 'at home'. There was great communication when we needed to speak with the owner as well. We would definitely book here again and encourage everyone else to.

Retreat Vacation for staff and Clients

Most amazing property! The owners thought of everything. It will be hard to get out of bed in the mornings as they are sooo comfortable. Host is very responsive to any questions, but you shouldn’t have any. If I could give 10 stars I would. I rent a VRBO every year and this is on my top 3. Letitia Wilder

Blue Sands

This property is an absolute must to stay. Very clean and beautiful. Spacious rooms. Inground pool and small apartment on ground level make it very easy to have family pool time. Especially when your family has a newborn and a handicapped adult. Elevator was a saving grace for my son who is partially handicapped. And pool was pretty easy for him to get in. Thank you so much for renting your home out. Would definitely stay again in the future.

My husband and I rented this house for our family to be able to spend a week together for vacation. We have 2 married sons with 2 children each, so we are 10 total. This house was perfect! Plenty of room (sleeps 18), three floors of living space, built in pool (which was amazing) complete with furniture and 2 BBQ grills, lots of pool toys in the garage and 2 old school arcade games, area to hang out playing Ping Pong, Golf Green, flat screen television, wicker furniture, picnic table, completely shaded, and the most beautiful breeze you’ll ever experience. Door leading to a private suite complete with kitchenette, full refrigerator/freezer, separate ice maker, living room, flat screen television, bedroom has queen size bed, full bathroom, closet/dressing area which was perfect for my husband and I since we’re early risers. The elevator was a bonus blessing to get all the stuff upstairs, amazing! Now upstairs, floor 2 was another master suite with private beautiful bathroom and fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals, all the comforts of your own home, full living room, flat screen television, portable speaker With Microphones for karaoke (so much fun), puzzles, cards, large dining table, counter top with stools and a half bathroom. Outside doors which led to a beautiful wraparound porch with more furniture and a double swing. Lovely, breezy, and relaxing. 3rd fl. had more bedrooms and laundry room. Best house and hosts EVER! I could go on but I’m out of characters. Lol

Annual Family Vacation

Unfortunately, our trip occurred as tropical storm Debbie was rolling through the Carolinas. That being said, we were 11 adults, 1 toddler, and 2 dogs, trapped in a house for nearly a week and we managed to survive! The house accommodated us very well when it came to sleeping arrangements and having a large space to eat and hangout as a family. Brock was a wonderful host and did a great job communicating with us about what to expect with the storm. The covered garage(?) area on the lower level of house allowed us a space to get outside even with all the rain and we played A LOT of ping pong to kill the time. The pool, even though minimallly used, was awesome and same with the big backyard. Elevator was a huge help for moving luggage and family members who struggle with steps. The beach is half mile down the road and easily accessible. For more privacy you can a little further south to get away from the crowds. You’re right off 17, very easy to get tot he tracery store and restaurants. Overall, the house was great and helped make a rainy vacation an enjoyable one.

Porch breezes in the evening were amazing. Short walk or drive to the beach. Parking can get tight front beach, but we found a spot. Plenty of beach stuff so you don't need to load up the car. Just as it looks, plenty of room for everyone. Clean and up to date. Elevator is a plus for anyone who needs it. Centrally located to everything yet located on a quiet street. Pool, hot tub, and fenced yard for the pets.
