Moonlight Vista is a charming 1,600 sq ft 1 bedroom/1 bunkroom, 1.5 bath cabin that sits above a stocked fishing pond in beautiful Pine Lake Resort. King master suite features a custom king bed, vaulted ceilings and a dedicated workspace with high-speed fiber internet. The en-suite, luxury bathroom includes a large, walk-in shower room and an oversized soaking tub. Bunkroom has two full-size beds. Covered wrap-around porch with Breeo firepit.

Moonlight Vista, part of the Broken Branch Properties family, is a charming one bedroom/one bunkroom cabin, sitting above the Pine Lake stocked fishing pond. While only a short walk to the Pine Lake clubhouse, grill and swimming pool, Moonlight Vista provides plenty of privacy, given its location next to the water, proximity to the road and placement amongst the trees.. With over 1600 sq feet of indoor space, the natural wood beams, vaulted ceilings and oversized windows connect the outdoor surroundings with the open concept modern rustic living, dining and kitchen area. MOONLIGHT VISTA IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOME, AND ALSO A VERY STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY INSIDE THE HOME.

The covered, wraparound porch on the main level provides ample space to enjoy the quiet sounds of nature in one of the large rocking chairs, enjoy a beverage at the four-person high top table, or experience a true full body hydrotherapy massage in the private outdoor spa. Off the porch is a Breeo® smokeless fire pit, where you can grill outside on the open-air flames or enjoy that campfire charm without smoke drifting in your direction.

Upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom features a custom king size bed, large windows, high-definition TV with surround sound, vaulted ceilings and a dedicated workspace with high-speed fiber internet. The en suite, dual vanity bathroom includes a large, walk-in shower room, featuring dual shower heads and an oversized soaking tub. Just across the hall, a bunkroom with two full-size beds, a large TV for movies/games, a cozy bean bag for reading and a Scrabble board game wall, will entertain kids of any age.

One of Moonlight Vista’s highlights is the custom-designed, walkout patio, which is accessible from the primary bedroom and overlooks the streaming fountain in the pond. This private patio, which directly connects to the spa on the main level, via a private, exterior staircase, features a stone gas fireplace, a large high- definition TV with surround sound and plenty of room to relax.

Serving as inspiration for the name, on a clear night, the moon will shine over and through the treetops, casting reflections on the water, surrounding the private patio in a natural, glowing light.

This home is equipped with a EV Level 2 plug. Please bring your own charging cable to plug into our EV outlet.

Moonlight Vista is located at Pine Lake, which is just 5 minutes away from Beavers Bend State Park and only a short drive from all the great restaurants and attractions in Broken Bow and Hochatown. Our community has a picturesque, stocked lake for catch-and-release fishing, a community pool and playground, a spacious Clubhouse and grounds to congregate with other guests at Pine Lake, and a family-style Grill where you can dine-in or order right to your cabin! The Grill also serves alcohol.  Our development was designed to allow each guest walking distance access to all of these great community amenities.
