Le Grandview est une cabine de luxe au bord de l’eau, perchée sur une falaise surplombant la Lower Mountain Fork River et pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Un pont sur la rivière menant à une plate-forme en béton avec marches facilite l'accès à la rivière aux eaux cristallines pour la baignade, le kayak ou pour savourer une tasse de café le matin.
Le Grandview peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes avec une chambre double, une salle de bain complète au rez-de-chaussée et un canapé-lit dans la grande salle. À l’étage se trouve une autre chambre double et salle de bain complète, ainsi que 3 lits jumeaux, rangés dans le placard sans rendez-vous.
Il propose une gamme complète d'équipements, dont des appareils de grande taille, un lave-linge / sèche-linge, une connexion Wi-Fi, une télévision par satellite avec Netflix et Hulu, ainsi que tout le nécessaire de cuisine et du café gratuit! Détendez-vous au chalet en appréciant le foyer à gaz à l’intérieur (mois d’automne et en hiver), le bain à remous, le foyer avec sièges rustiques, le foyer en fer à cheval et le barbecue au charbon.

The perfect cabin for a weekend getaway for my husband and I! We kayaked, spent each night in the hot tub, played horse shoes, and had the best time! We would definitely stay here again!

Grand get-away

We had a great experience staying at Grandview. Our party was two septuagenarian couples, long-time friends, so we were not very adventurous but really enjoyed the quietness and relaxing comfort of the lodge. The amenities were excellent. We hope to return for another visit someday.

We would definitely recommend this cabin with beautiful views. We have stayed at other cabins in this area, and by far one of the best. We will absolutely be back. Wonderful cozy cabin with everything that you could need. Great stay.

Perfect weekend getaway!

My extended family and I spent the weekend at Grandview. This cabin is sitting right on the lower mountain fork river with access literally right out the back door. We enjoyed the outdoor areas, there was plenty of seating, and fans to help keep somewhat cool. Family had a great time playing cornhole and other outdoor games. The cabin itself was completely stocked with anything you could need and more, including complementary wine and goodies to make s’mores. We had a great time and definitely will be back again!

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing time and will be returning soon! These cabins have everything you could possibly want/need. It’s the total package for a special couples weekend or a family vacation! Property manager responds instantly and the cabin/grounds are exactly as pictured on the website. ALL compliments and ZERO complaints!! Be sure to book directly on Mt Fork Management’s website to avoid unnecessary fees!

Great place

First of all, the view! Couldn’t be any closer to the beautiful river! Relaxing on one of the decks, playing cornhole, soaking in the hot tub or sitting around the fire pit you have beautiful views of the trees and river. There’s also nice steps going into the water and they provide kayaks. They also provide firewood! The cabin is clean and cute. It is well stocked with comfortable beds and thick fluffy towels. The loft room is little warm so don’t put the hot natured person up there.

Very peaceful and relaxing.

The property was as expected based on the description and pictures. Access to the water was very easy, but not really meant for little kids, more for teenagers/adults. The view to the river was very nice. Even though you are kind've close to other cabins, it was still a very peaceful stay. The essentials were definitely provided and made the stay so much easier.

Fantastic property!

The cabin was great! No complaints. Very clean and up to date. Air conditioning worked great despite it being almost 100 degrees everyday. River was wonderful. Clear and rock/pebble bottom. We would walk across the river (when it was low) and fish near the cypress grove. We caught smallmouth and largemouth bass, carp, and sunfish. Kayaking was fun as well. We will stay here again for sure.

Amazing stay

If we could give them more than 5 stars we would. We've been a repeat guest with them and this is our 3rd time staying in their cabins. We stayed in the Grandview Cabin this time and the scenery was so beautiful, the house was very clean, plenty of games as well and they were fast to respond to any of our text messages. By chance, if you forgot something at the cabin on checkout day its not a problem. They stopped what they were doing for us and came by the cabin to see if it was indeed still there. Once they found it, they were so nice about it and they mailed it back to me!! That definitely showed me how much they care about their guests. I will always be returning to them and look forward to making more memories with my family. Thank yall for everything!!!!

Amazing Cabin and Property!

I don't leave many reviews, but this property is special and deserves the time to write this review. From the moment we pulled up we were amazed by the property and setting right on the river. The cabin itself is very well appointed with all the comforts of home, but a true cabin feel. The main living area has enormous windows that face the river and the sunrise in the morning. Everywhere you turn there are extra touches that the owners could have skipped, but they all add to the wow factor. We made full use of the large fire pit (there was plenty of firewood), the hot tub, the numerous outdoor seating areas, the playground, and more. There are heaters on the patio and an outdoor gas fireplace. The river access is down well maintained stairs, which are fully lit via a switch at the house. The river was really full during our stay and running pretty quick, but we still managed to catch a largemouth. We will definitely return to Grandview for future family getaways.

Beautiful Cabin on an amazing river

We stayed here for several nights during a massive thunder storm that flooded much of the area (and the southern US). Even so, we enjoyed this cabin very much. The view (rain or shine) is amazing and just relaxes you instantly. They have mosquito a treatment system, so sitting on the back porch sipping coffee in the morning is wonderful (and mostly bug free). The cabin is very large for 2-4 people and set up well for indoor or outdoor use. Any more than 4 people and being inside for too long would be noisy and feel tight (lots to do outside when it is not raining). Severe rain and flooding prevented us from hiking around, using the kayaks on the river or the outdoor grill and fire pit, but everything appeared really well maintained. The backup generator functioned perfectly when the storm got really big and knocked out area power. Public power went out and generator power came right back on - perfect! The kitchen is well stocked (bring your own spices and condiments as well as food). The kitchen, beds and bathroom are clean. Everything worked perfectly. Our final evening and morning were beautiful and the sun was out. We will be back to explore the area again. When we visit we will stay in this cabin for sure!

My family of four travels frequently, and this was by far one of our favorite finds! The property was just as described. We really enjoyed all the outdoor spaces and activities. Being right on the river was perfect! We enjoyed kayaking as a family, and my son fished nonstop. We hope to return soon! Also--there was a minor problem with the A/C, and the only reason I'm mentioning it is to point out that it was fixed immediately with excellent communication with the host and zero interruption to our stay. Top notch management and overall awesome property!

We cannot wait to return! The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with necessary supplies. The gift of s’more and a bottle of wine was a sweet welcome gift. The best part for us were the kayaks. We so enjoyed the river!

Loved the cabin. We are a family of 6 and the Grandview cabin was very spacious, well maintained and well lit. I loved that everything was stocked up in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The only negative thing I have to say is there were a lot of spider webs outside around the light fixtures. Given that its summer and its in the woods I can see why there were so many spiders, mosquitos and flies, but overall the service and the cabin - AMAZING!

Relaxing and Memorable!

We stayed at the cabin during the month of June, and it was absolutely beautiful—both inside and out. We were amazed at how spacious the outdoor area was, with plenty of games and activities that kept everyone entertained. The view of the river was stunning and incredibly peaceful—perfect for relaxing. We also accidentally left something behind, and management was kind enough to mail it back to us at no charge, which we truly appreciated. Excellent hospitality all around. We will definitely be returning!
