There is obviously so much to see and do nearby, yet simply relaxing at home base can also be a blast with the fantastic lanai boasting ample seating and a sparkling private pool to escape the heat in no time. Plus, while you are soaking up some sweet sunshine and working on your tan, the cook of the group can fire up one of two Big Green Eggs to host a summer cookout. When it comes to really showing off your culinary skills, the gourmet kitchen inside features two sinks, a walk-in pantry, gorgeous countertops, a wine fridge, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and high-end cookware to give you free rein over your mealtime creativity. While dinner is being prepared, everyone else can easily gather in the spacious living room to stream favorite movies on the flatscreen TV. 5 stars all around. The pictures don’t do it justice. Amazing chef’s kitchen and the open concept dining and living rooms were just perfect for our family. The lanai/covered patio areas (there are two!!) are incredible, and screened fully to keep the bugs out. The primary suite is exquisite and the massive dual shower area with steam unit certainly won’t disappoint. The host was super responsive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Family Beach House

This house was perfect for our family vacation with 2 toddlers! The layout of the house is great and all amenities were great. The property manager was excellent with communication, fixing any issues that we ran into ASAP.

Fabulous Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this home last week. The location is ideal as we were able to walk 2 blocks to the beach. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and VERY close to the Publix! The main room and the outdoor living space were enjoyed by our entire family.

Amazing stay!

We were super impressed with everything about the home. All rooms were spacious and laid out well for our stay. We had two families with us and having the king rooms on separate sides of the home was a great layout for us. The outdoor area had plenty of seating, the right size pool for us, and the screened in area kept the bugs and leaves out. We wish we had another week to stay, we loved it!

We enjoyed everything about this home! Very comfortable, great kitchen, even better outdoor patio with pool. We found ourselves just wanting to enjoy the patio and pool rather than the beach. The owner was extremely helpful and wanted you to enjoy the home. We will be back!!

Lovely home, everything was very clean upon arrival. Great proximity to beach and loved the pool. However the host did not reply to any of my messages the entire stay. The AC was running too hard and not keeping up with the needs and the filter was needing to be changed. The front and back door were very hard to open/ lock. Multiple fans did not work and window treatments were falling off. The house was for sale so I am not sure if the current owners are just trying to gain passive income with the listing before selling but was a bit disappointed with the small aspects that can add up when on a vacation. Never received a reply from the host.

Lexie, I am sorry to hear of your disappointment in our home. I assure you that we take very good care of the home and we are not just trying to get passive income. I attempted to call you back twice after seeing your text about the air conditioner. I also had my property manager come by the house and make sure that the air conditioner was working and that it was cooling down. I do not live nearby and have property managers for any issues. Their numbers are listed on the information you received from us. I did however, find several areas of damage after you left from broken refrigerator window to deep gouges in the hardwood floor. Several of our towels are missing. The front door is a hurricane door therefore it has to be latched in order to lock it. The rear sliding glass doors are heavy so that young children cannot open them easily. They work as they should and I have never heard any complaints about window treatments nor did I get any message from you regarding that. Sorry you didn’t enjoy your trip the way the house looked when you left. It looks like you certainly must have.

Gorgeous Home centrally located

This home was everything it said it was in the description! My husband, 2 year old, 4 month old at the time, our nanny and another couple stayed in this home and were all very satisfied with our stay! Tami was a very thoughtful and wonderful host. Location of this home is excellent! Quiet neighborhood not far from the beach and Seaside - all within walking distance (even with small kiddos!!). Publix grocery store was also very convenient to get to as well, which is an added bonus! Pool and outdoor patio area was awesome, especially during July when we stayed. Fireworks on the beach for the 4th of July is an absolute need to see! we loaded the kiddos up in the wagon and stroller and walked to the beach to see them! Such a great family vacation! I would recommend this home to anyone.

Great Stay, Minor AC Issue

The house was spotless and in a fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was never too crowded, and a scenic neighborhood stroll to Seaside that we enjoyed every night with our toddler and baby.Our only real issue was the air conditioning. It wasn’t working when we arrived, and the ceiling fans weren’t set to rotate properly for summer. The owner works with a management company since she doesn’t live locally, so most of the communication went through them. The AC was repaired the next day, and after additional follow-up, they brought oscillating fans, though the ceiling fans were never adjusted.While it was frustrating to deal with that at this price point, the team did respond as quickly as possible, and the rest of the stay was enjoyable. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and size of the home still made it a solid choice—even if it wasn’t quite perfect when we arrived.

Friends trip perfection

We were a group of women meeting up in Florida from all over the country. The house was the absolute perfect spot for us. First of all, the house is STUNNING. It’s airy, spacious, and well-equipped and the photos don’t do it justice. Between the four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there was plenty of space for us all to spread out (also, the primary bathroom is just unreal). I think we used every inch of the house. We cooked breakfast in the well-stocked kitchen and there were enough seats for us to all eat together in the dining room. Also, once we were in PJs for the night, hanging in the living room was so cozy. There’s plenty of seating and the couches are SO comfy. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool and tended to choose that over the beach since it was so convenient. Having the screened enclosure made it so nice because there were no bugs. It’s close enough to the ocean that we could walk down for even just a few minutes in the morning with our coffee. The house is perfectly situated for running to the grocery store too, which we did several times. Walking to Seaside was also a fun and shady walk. Having a full laundry room was really nice for quick loads or even just drying our damp towels before we left. Overall, we can’t wait to return. It was such a quiet neighborhood but still so close to everything we wanted. We were very much not ready to leave. Lastly, communication with Tami was so easy. We asked for a couple of special things and she was SO accommodating and helpful. If you’re on the fence, don’t be! I wouldn’t change anything.
