Vacation At Its Finest presents, Tide the Knot, located in Seagrove Beach, the most expansive beach along 30A. Vacation to Floridaâs beautiful Gulf Coast and white sandy beaches at Tide the Knot, where guests can experience a relaxing and memorable stay on 30A. Located in Seagrove, this premium vacation home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and accommodates up to 12 guests. Enjoy a short walk to the beach, dipping in your own private in-ground heated pool, dozing on the wrap-around porch, outdoor grilling, and the gorgeous ocean views from the third floor. NOTE: There is an additional fee for the pool to be heated.
Upon entering Tide the Knot, guests will find an open floor plan with a bright, beachy vibe. The first floor has a large living and dining room and a kitchen with all Cafe Press Appliances, a breakfast bar for five and a dining table that seats six. Also, youâll find a guest bedroom with two sets of bunks, a Full over Full and a Twin over Twin. The guest bedroom is located next to a full bathroom and of course, has access to the pool. The second floor hosts two additional guest bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own en suite with dual sinks and a private balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a private balcony in the front and its own full bathroom. Make your way to the third floor and guests will find a 4th bedroom with custom-built bunk beds and enjoy the gulf views from you own private balcony. The house comes with 10 beach chairs, Beach Towels, 2 umbrellas, and 2 beach wagons.

BACHELOR / BACHELORETTE PARTIES:
A $500 Deposit shall be required for all Bachelor / Bachelorette Parties before arrival. If check-in/out instructions and house rules are followed with no damages, the deposit will be refunded back to the primary guest. No Exceptions.
It is a very short walk (less than 5 min) to 4 restaurants (CafĂ© Thirty-A, Angelinaâs Pizzeria, Mi Casita Mexican Grill, Brozinniâs Pizzeria), a convenient store (Tom Thumb), Goatfeathers Seafood Market, 3 separate beach entrances, Butterfly Bike and Kayak (Watersports, Golf Carts) and about a 5 min drive to the Publix Grocery Store and a ton of more restaurants (Surfing Deer, Steamboat Grill, Perfect Pig Grill & Fish House, Pizza by the Sea). There are many boutiques with 10 min either way on 30A and you are about 30 min for the outlet malls of Destin.

We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.
**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.
**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driverâs license or passport, for age and identity verification. This property includes a golf cart; guests must also sign a Golf Cart Addendum. The minimum age to operate the golf cart is 21, and a valid driverâs license is required. No exceptions.
