Rue paisible du village bordant plus de 1 000 acres de sentiers de randonnée et d'étangs de la ceinture de verdure. Cette cape traditionnelle est l'escapade familiale parfaite, avec une fabuleuse cour avec foyer donnant sur le parc. La cour arrière est privée avec beaucoup d'espace pour le plaisir en plein air. Magnifique terrasse en pierre avec grill et réfrigérateur, au bord de la piscine, est parfaite pour se divertir. Le parc est à quelques pas de notre arrière-cour.


Chambre des maîtres au rez-de-chaussée avec une nouvelle salle de bain principale avec double douche à effet pluie.

Grande cuisine avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des lumières du ciel. Le porche grillagé est idéal pour les repas tout en donnant sur les beaux jardins et la piscine Gunite.

Beautiful property and home! The location was perfect- close to downtown shopping and to Montauk. The pool and hot tub were amazing and it truly had every amenity we could have wanted! The host was super responsive and took care of any questions we had promptly and very much to our satisfaction.

Sag Harbor Getaway

My family and I just got back from a weeklong stay at this lovely house minutes from downtown Sag Harbor. The house was immaculate and comfortable and the pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen was an absolute hit with our college and high school aged kids. The owners were super helpful and made our first VRBO experience great. I would stay here again and highly recommended to anyone looking for a fun escape.

We had a great time at Liz's Sag Harbor vacation home. The house is comfortable, clean and inviting. We loved the pool/BBQ/outdoor dining area and spent much of our time there. This is a perfect summer spot for a family. Many thanks to Liz, who is an easily accessible host.

Tranquil setting, comfortable home

I searched for a place where our family could explore and enjoy Sag Harbor and also have a retreat where all of us could relax and escape our routines for a few days! Liz’s house and backyard checked all the boxes. It is spacious and offers privacy, and yet it’s friendly and cozy. The backyard set-up is magical.

Fantastic beach home!

This home is everything you'd like a summer home in a beach town to have. Gorgeous pool, landscaping is exquisite. Inside, the very large family room and living room, along with screened in porch provide as much space as any large family could require. Large bedrooms. The lovely kitchen was perfect for a large group with lots of cooks !! The poolside patio area has tons of comfy seating, large table, huge umbrella, fridge, grill, firepit. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely return!

Sag Harbor summer vacation

We can't say enough about our 2 week wonderful family vacation at the Kirwin's home in Sag Harbor! The location was absolutely perfect, we walked/biked into town (Sag Harbor) every day, enjoyed both Bay & Ocean beaches (only a short drive to both), and especially loved hanging out as a family in their beautiful outdoor pool/dining/socializing area! A true gem of a house, cannot thank Elizabeth & Greg enough for being great hosts! We arrived to a spotless clean house, a Wolfer estate bottle of wine on the dining room table, and easy, quick communication throughout our stay. By far our best VRBO house yet, can't wait to return!! Thank you Kirwins!!

Perfect Hamptons property

The photos do not accurately reflect the charm of the property. The backyard is magical. The covered outdoor kitchen with heat lamps, the beautiful pool, seating areas, the gate access to the open space, walking trail. Inside the home is immaculate. We wiped water off floor and the paper towel was completely clean. The linens, towels and sheets were luxurious. We felt completely at home.

lovely but needs attention

We really enjoyed the location and the house overall was the perfect size with lovely space to stretch out and enjoy and relax. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our nightly dinner extravaganza's and the pool and grill were an important part of our daily routine. It's really a great house and so accessible to everything. Having said that, the owners seem to have a bit of a laissez -faire or negligent or merely in-- attentive aspect to general hospitality requirements when housing guests. In two of our bedrooms, we arrived to soiled/stained sheets, and one blood stained comforter. To the owners credit , her husband brought over brand new sheets and comforter the next morning , but of course we were dismayed and also had to be responsible for washing them and changing the beds. Additionally, 90 % of the towels were on the thin side and smelled of mildew. Again, we washed all the towels attempting to rid the smell and in most cases it was imbedded and we had to live with it. Lastly, the lounges at the poolside are great, but were dirty and we really needed to put towels over them. There were no lounge chairs which was a surprise because it made seating limited and also because of the dirty cushions would have been appreciated. There were places in the home where the owners left personal items out ( i.e. when looking for a blowdryer under sink in MBR ( didn't find it) but found the owners left personal items where you would look for a blowdryer and also in several drawers in kitchen. It's as if they moved out and just left their stuff there as if we were friends just in for a visit . For the significant investment these things were very surprising . ( since you asked)

We are so glad that you enjoyed our home. We go to great lengths to provide a beautiful environment both inside and out. Regarding the sheets that we immediately replaced we are truly sorry. The lounge furniture that you commented on as dirty was purchased 2 weeks ago from fortunoffs and is high quality beautiful sunbrella furniture. It is situated outside and while we brushed off any leaves etc prior to your arrival, it is outside and we do not have a staff to clean daily. Our home is large and there is more than sufficient space for your belongings , with the majority of cabinets and drawers emptied and cleaned. We have had many families stay fir a month or season and found plenty of space. Remember this is not a hotel but a home which is why you get so much space, privacy and amenities such as your own pool , hot tub etc. we have been renting fir many years and have been lucky enough to have many repeat families stay with us because they have rented other homes in the Hamptons and understand what a tremendous value our home is. We are grateful for your care of our home and wish you the best in your future rentals😊

Amazing home, great location! Perfect in every way.

As beautiful as the photos are for this home on VRBO, they don't convey how exquisite it truly is! The gorgeous back garden has a very English feel, with stone walls, lovely landscaping, and multiple places to relax: on the side deck, just off the master BR, in the Gunite hot tub; poolside, under the pergola; near the fire pit; and on the grassy lawn. We didn't use the grill, but that's there too. The flowers, the trees, the heated Gunite pool—it's all a dream. This place is a true refuge, very peaceful and private. We loved swimming and spending time outside. The house feels welcoming the moment you walk in. Not only because the owners left us lovely flowers and wine(!), but the vibe of the home just seems friendly and warm. It is quite a huge house, but at the same time, it feels cozy. There are several sunny spots to curl up with a great book, have a nap, play a board game, etc. Although this home is "high-end," in terms of the technology, lighting, appliances, marble master bathroom, etc., it's also unfussy and relaxed. The big kitchen is well stocked, so you can do lots of cooking. You'll have everything you need. And you can enjoy your meals in the dining room, the screened-in porch, or right by the pool. Not only was everything exactly as represented online, but....it was even better! Especially because of the pandemic, we were grateful to be here and found it calming and restorative. And since the house is on a cul de sac, it's extra quiet. You'll enjoy taking strolls down the street in the early morning or in the evenings. You can play tennis or do yoga in the nearby park, and the village Main Street is a five-minute drive away. Great shops, restaurants (including Sen, Dockside Grill, and LT Burger), and cafes. Could the owners have done anything else to make our stay better? No! Would we stay here again? Yes, the moment they would have us back. Thanks again for everything!

A hidden oasis!!

So let me Just to start with the owner Liz, Such an attentive host, her attention to details. From the welcome text to say we could check in earlier, to the pretty fresh sun flowers. around the house,/ wine. To her great recommendations for a wonderful babysitter!! Even the cleaning staff were so sweet!! The house was fabulous, cosy feel yet Very spacious. It had everything one would need. The garden is beautiful(Lovely English feel) and fab pool, with separate hot tub. We so enjoyed the family cook outs and fire pit nights!! We look forward to returning !! Thanks Liz, The Dunne Family

Awesome place / awesome host.

The house was very clean & comfortable! Liz & family cleared out the majority of the closets and drawers so you didn't feel like you were invading someone else's home. Beds were real queen / king sized beds and comfortable. Functional kitchen and great layout. A full bath for every bedroom. Pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen area was the highlight. I've often found with places offering heated pools and hot tubs that the owners skimp on heating them or limiting usage all together, but not here. The temperature of the pool and hot tub was pre-set and turn key, and while we had the option of adjusting the temperature, we didn't need to. It was perfect. Liz was a great host, communicative, helpful and low key. I would definitely stay here again or at any place they owned.

Get location!

My family and I had a wonderful experience. The street was quiet and close to town. The house was super clean and had everything we could need or want. The outdoor space was truly phenomenal! Highly recommend staying in this lovely home.
