Bienvenue dans notre Real Beachfront Villa. Profitez de vacances relaxantes en profitant du bruit des vagues et de l'odeur de la plage. Hébergement parfait pour des vacances en famille ou une passerelle. Bel appartement en bord de mer avec accès direct à la plage et aux espaces communs avec piscine, gazebo et aire de jeux pour les enfants. Détendez-vous et profitez de la balade.

La propriété est entièrement équipée. Toutes les chambres et les espaces communs ont des ventilateurs de plafond et la climatisation. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision connectée avec Internet haute vitesse ainsi que le salon qui a également la télévision par câble. Le complexe dispose d'une belle piscine propre et bien entretenue qui a deux piscines pour adultes et deux pour enfants. Nous fournissons tous les éléments essentiels pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable.

Super endroit! À 32 minutes de l'aéroport, à 45 minutes du vieux San Juan, à 30 minutes d'El Yunque, à 60 minutes du ferry pour Vieques et Culebra, à 29 minutes de l'Hacienda Carabali (équitation, très sympa!), À 14 minutes du Walmart Super Center, à 15 minutes d'un centre commercial, d'une aire de restauration et d'une piste de karting intérieure! Je ne peux pas faire mieux. Comme l'a dit un de nos clients "juste en dehors des sentiers battus, mais suffisamment proche de tout pour être pratique". Juste à une courte distance en voiture se trouvent de nombreux restaurants et vendeurs de "street food" locaux qui offrent une touche locale pour simplement se détendre et se détendre. Ce sera votre séjour parfait! Promettre!!!

Je serai toujours disponible pendant votre séjour et rendrai vos vacances inoubliables. Nous offrons, en tant que service supplémentaire, la livraison d'épicerie. Il suffit de passer la commande en ligne et je m'assurerai que l'épicerie sera à la propriété en place, des boissons fraîches et froides !!! Si vous êtes intéressé, faites-le moi savoir et je vous enverrai les instructions pour passer la commande.

L'appartement est dans une communauté fermée avec gardien de sécurité. Je recommande de louer une voiture. Nous avons deux places de parking disponibles.

Peaceful and quiet place

Everything was perfect. The apartment had everything you need and the best part is the proximity to the beach which was on a different level itself. The beach was almost private with no people. It was great. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. You definitely need a car to stay there. It’s not that far from San Juan either - about 30 min drive. I’ll be recommending the place to everyone. Perfect stay for relaxing and resting

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra's property! Aside from a tiny issue with some ants in the kitchen, the property was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the beach toys and towels! The A/C was great and the washer/dryer were so nice to have. The access to the beach and the pool are so easy, which our teens especially loved!

Beautiful place

The place is beautiful. I would recommend to friends and family. I will go back to this to this beautiful home. I will rent from her again, I first was lost because it was my first time in the island but communication with her was the best The beach is about 5 yards from the patio.Thank you had a blast.

Location location location!!

We love Malibu Beach resort we’ve stayed there several times this particular unit was beachfront and gorgeous. The host has it very well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots,pans pretty much anything you can ask for.. bbq grill outside with beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles and a cooler. There were 6 of us in this unit and plenty of space for all of us. This location is very close to the national forest, kiosks, and the ferry.

Great communication

We arrived at our stay and despite some confusion on behalf of the cleaning company and the property not being ready when we arrived, the communication was impeccable, we made do with what we had and did some wuivk cleaning up. That host immediately got in touch with the cleaning crew to have them on their way. Things happen but the communication was great. The location was gorgeous, the property was maintained well. No complaints about our stay, we will definitely book again.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach. The ocean was a bit rough but we still had a great time relaxing on our very own beach. T master bathroom is a tight squeeze but all accommodations are comfortable and clean.

Great Gem on the Beach

We had a great stay at Malibu Beach with a direct view of the ocean and steps away from the sand! The unit was comfortable and quiet with very good A/C in all rooms. Located 30 minutes east of SJU and is centrally located for Old San Juan, El Yunque National Forest, snorkeling at Fajardo/Icacos Island and Luquillo. Well stocked with all the cooking utensils you need as well as an outdoor gas grill and beach equipment.

Family Beach Vacation

This was a great find for our family of five Puerto Rico vacation! We loved the close proximity to the beach which was nice and clean, and just steps out the patio door. The pool was amazing- perfect for families as there was a shallow pool for littles and deeper pool for bigger kids and adults. We also liked the centralized location between San Juan, El Yunque National Forest and Farjardo since we had activities in all these places. The condo itself was clean and had all the beach necessities. The host was also very responsive when we had questions as well. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great location for a wonderful PR vacation

This lovely condo was exactly as presented. It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located, just steps from the beach. The pools on the property were also fantastic. The condo is located within easy drive to El Yunque rainforest and to charming Old San Juan. Sandra, our host, was instantly responsive when suddenly we lost WiFi on a Sunday. She had the problem rectified in record time. Overall a 5 star experience.

Vacation too short

We absolutely love Puerto Rico. This unit was very accommodating for our family! 3 bedrooms, beach access! Loved that there were beach chairs for us to use. Our kids love to be in the ocean with waves and it was so nice to walk right out the back and have beach access. Sandra was very easy to get a hold of.

Absolutely stunning beachfront property

The view from this apartment is stunning! Best part was having breakfast outside on the patio and viewing the ocean. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. The private beach was beautiful. This unit is very convenient. It had everything we needed. The only thing that wasnt comfortable was the shower because of the floor being same height as rest of bathroom the water easily floods over. Also we couldn't get hot water in bathroom by hallway. The owner was very helpful and quickly responded. Overall this was the perfect place to stay and I would definitely recommend this property. The location was in a quiet area within a short distance to other amazing beaches.

Needs Work

Location was beautiful; however, the property was a little dated. Shower head in master bathroom was broke spraying water everywhere, and when I picked up floor mat it had black mold on the bottom of it. The worst part was the water pump running non-stop, and when I called property owner, I was told to just turn it off we didn't need it. We had no water once we shut it off, forcing us to turn it back on and listen to the really annoying noise all night.

Great location

We added a night before arrival to go straight there from the airport but a miscommunication left the condo not ready. The owner was very quick to remedy the situation (was before 6am & she had the cleaning crew there right away & gave us refunds). The cleaning crew were wonderfully thorough (even bought new sheets & towels, so we wouldn't have to wait for laundry) and cleaned around us while we rested from an overnight flight. After that was a smooth and wonderful stay! The location was perfect - you can see the beach from the back door & are steps away from the beach gate. The beach was clean & not crowded (sometimes we were the only people there) with amazing views. There's an area to rinse off outside the beach gate. The pool is really close and a good size. We were the only people in it. The pool was warmer than we'd like, but still nice. Beds were comfortable & showers had good water pressure. The location was a very easy drive to everywhere (we went to Walmart, Fajardo, El Yunque, Old San Juan, & Crashboat Beach). Puerto Rico has a large stray dog population, but the dogs on the beach were friendly & didn't cause us any issues (1 steals shoes). We felt very safe & comfortable in this condo. Some tips: pull on the front door while unlocking, the entrance to the community doesn't look like it but it's the right road, & at night the security guard is sitting inside of the gate. We were 3 teen Girl Scouts & 3 moms.

Nice stay

Property is comfortable and pictures accurately show the condo. The front door is difficult to open (sort of need to jiggle it for the latch to align properly so that it will unlock). Host immediately responded to help with this. Bathrooms are dated and shower heads are ehh—difficult to get them to point where you’d like. But they are as pictured in the listing. Linens were nice! Enough towels and even beach towels! There were no instructions for the patio doors—in addition to the two types of latches and pins, there are also metal bars in the track. That took us a bit to figure out. Beach is very close; gate key is hanging by the front door. Really enjoyed the patio. Super nice to hang out there to feel the ocean breezes and listen to the waves. Only thing that would be nice to have is a couple of beach chairs (there was an umbrella). Pool is large and nice, but not great for kids since there is a “no play” rule. It’s posted and security came by and told the kids that, “no play” (they were the only people in the pool or in the area at all, so not bothering anyone.) No inflatables, floats, or other toys or balls allowed. Our only issue was that the AC in the master bedroom didn’t really work, which was very disappointing to me and not resolved (I could understand since we were there for a long weekend, so not good days to find a repair person). AC in the other bedrooms worked great. I think the one in the living room did, too, but we only used it for a short time on the day we arrived since it was a bit humid and musty inside (fine after a few minutes of being opened up). Kitchen had what we needed (plenty of room in the fridge and lots of ice!). Plenty of kitchen utensils and small appliances available (no dishwasher, though). Nice TVs that we used a bit at night. Wi-Fi worked great. Overall a nice stay and host did a great job anticipating needs. Would definitely recommend and stay again if AC issue was resolved. Any caveats are provided so that you know exactly what to expect and can decide if it’s the right fit for your family or group.
