Thank you for your review and for taking such good care of our house. I am sad that you felt unable to walk the beaches at night. I understand that they close the gates of the parks to cars at sundown, but we simply park the car on the legal side and walk right in. It's also a quick, fragrant and moonlit walk to the beach. We walk the beaches nearly every night when we are there with no trouble at all. The 35 mile stretch of shoreline between Vero Beach and Melbourne hosts the number one Loggerhead turtle migration site in the country, and are not to be missed. Turtles lay eggs between March and July, and the babies hatch between August and October. This year (2014) was particularly prolific for turtle nests. We counted 97 in a half mile stretch. Our house is on a barrier island uniquely set between the ocean and the beautiful Indian River. Water is literally everywhere. The beaches are also unique because they are uncrowded. Dave and Linda were the best renters that we could ever ask for. They were helpful and kind to the extreme, staying at home to meet with the cable correction technician, and were helpful with our appliance repair also! We would love to have them stay again if it works out with the schedule.

Hi! I had the place booked under me for November. They just cancelled for a family reunion. If you want it, now would be a great time for a deposit. WE painted the cabinets white with black knobs and handles and they look quite good. The furniture and decor in the living room has been updated also. Hope all is well with you?
