Come enjoy this bright, fully equipped 2/2 with a open floor plan and fenced private yard. Property is located at the end of the street with plenty of parking. Couldn’t ask for a more central location 5 min to Vero’s best beach, shopping, and downtown art district and restaurants. Check out my other Rock Ridge listings. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Ginger Lilly organic plant based body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Hand sanitizer, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent.

Very nice stay

I really enjoyed me stay at this property. It was quiet and clean. Having my morning coffee on the back patio was serene. I would recommend this place to anyone. especially friends and family. Vero Beach is a very nice town. I think it’s the best town in Florida. When I return for another visit I will try to book this property again. Well done David!

We stayed here for the third summer in a row and as usual we weren’t disappointed! It’s our favorite place to be when in Vero Beach! Truly a awesome house to rent! Close to just about everything thing you need! Thanks again and will see you next year or maybe sooner!’

Gear place .

Rockaway was a perfect house for us . Loved the art and decor . Very clean and comfortable . Wished we could have stayed longer . Will definitely book again sometime .

Rock Ridge II

Property was nice. Well furnished and clean. Was incorrectly listed as a 3 bedroom when we booked. Owner had made some changes to the listing and the description got messed up. We were able to make the 2 bedrooms work since it was only a 2 day stay. The owner was kind enough to issue a partial refund and corrected the listing immediately.

Absolutely Amazing

The house was in a great location for the price especially- the beach was about a 5-10 minute drive with every store you could imagine in a close proximity (but not taking away from the charm of the area). The house was super cozy and very clean as well as stocked with everything you need and more! The host is very nice and welcoming and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Just a nice area, nice house, nice host, and nice price altogether. :)

Perfect for quick get away!

Easy to find location, last house on street, was quiet and private. Home was clean and very welcoming! Decorated nicely, pretty and comfortable. It was nice that both of us had own room and bathroom. My friend indicated the master bed wasn’t comfortable for her but I slept like a rock on the trundle bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The TV was awesome and the Dot was nice to have on while playing cards. Grocery and shopping was close, beaches just a short distance away. It worked out perfect for us, i would recommend this rental to anyone!

Listing not accurate, host unfriendly

This property was listed with a hot tub and a spa bath. Neither was present. While the home was clean, it appeared as if the cleaning crew didn't finish restocking. There were no paper towels, no toilet paper, no garbage bags in the trash cans. Coffee grounds still in the coffee maker. We found what we needed after searching in the garage. The host was unfriendly and minimally communicative. Would not rent again.

Beautifully renovated home!

We needed a place quickly to attend a funeral for a family member. This one dropped just in time for us to snag it. I was a little nervous since we would be the first to stay in the home but the house was perfect for us! We are a family of 5. There was plenty of room for us. We did bring a small blow up mattress for our son but all three of our kids were able to sleep in the room with the trundle bed. They have really put in the work to make this place look nice and it shows. The decor is beautiful. They supplied us with so many staples like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. David, the owner was very quick to respond if we ever needed anything. It is at the end of a quiet street and you can get to everything in about 10-15 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay here.
