Moonraker 36 is a wonderful condo located in the heart of Gulf Shores with deeded beach access right across the street! 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, beautiful views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon. You, your family and friends won't be disappointed with this well-lit, well-appointed condo. Community pool and BBQ areas, large deck area right out your front door, and easy access to everything Gulf Shores has to offer!
Great lighting, inside and out. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. 1st bedroom has a king bed. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Living room has a sofa bed. Well stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, community pool, and wonderful views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon.
**Moonraker 36 is located on the top floor and there are lots of stairs which is great to ensure you get your steps in while on vacay and the outstanding view of the Gulf and Little Lagoon are well worth the workout but not so much for someone who may have mobility issues. There is no elevator to this unit.
Guests will have access to all spaces inside condo except owner's closet located in the hallway. Pool and BBQ areas are available to guests.
I won't be available in person but we have people who can help if something goes wrong or assistance is needed.
Moonraker 36 has deeded beach access directly across the street! No need to fight for a parking spot on busy beach days. Just park your car in your designated spot and stroll across the street with your family and friends for a beautiful day at the beach.
Right around the corner for The Beach House and neighborhood convenience store/market. 1 mile to Bahama Bob's and only 1.5 miles to The Hangout, Pink Pony and Hwy 59. Rent a beach bike from Ike's and hit the town for sun and fun!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Moonraker is a spectacular property with direct, deeded beach access right across the street that caught our eye several years ago. It has the beachy vibe but without the beachy cost. There are beautiful views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon from the deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. We recently tiled the kitchen and living area and added new furniture. Moonraker 36 is close to Gulf Shores ' favorites like The Beach House and Bahama Bob's while also peaceful during the busy season.
