Ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain est situé dans une communauté de club de pays GATED calme à Orlando en Floride (32822) à quelques minutes de toutes les destinations touristiques que Orlando a à offrir. Les tarifs sont de 100 $ par nuit mais obtenez une nuit gratuite avec une semaine de réservation. Donc 600 $ par semaine. Obtenez une semaine gratuite avec 1 mois de réservation. La CUISINE vient d'être (2019) complètement refaite. Nouvelles armoires, nouveaux comptoirs en granit, nouveaux appareils.

Le salon et la salle à manger sont ouverts et accueillants. Il y a une terrasse grillagée fermée juste à côté du salon qui a une vue magnifique sur le terrain de golf et le canal. Notre condo a internet WiFi gratuit et télévision par câble.

Avec le remodelage de la cuisine, chaque pièce a été refaite au cours des 4 dernières années. Notre condo est propre, ensoleillé et ouvert, et confortable. Puisque nous l'utilisons nous-mêmes pendant les mois d'hiver, tout ce dont vous avez besoin est ici. Il est meublé par le propriétaire plutôt que par la location meublée.

L'emplacement de cette propriété est son atout principal. Nous sommes idéalement situés à seulement 10 minutes de l'aéroport d'Orlando, et toutes les attractions Disney et Universal Studios sont à une demi-heure de route. La plupart des sites et des destinations d'Orlando sont proches, mais cette zone vous permet de rester isolé et loin de toute la circulation. Ventura Country Club a deux entrées gated qui sont habités 24 heures par jour par l'équipe de sécurité.

Willowpointe Circle est sa propre petite communauté à l'intérieur du gite Ventura Country Club Resort. La piscine de style hôtel chauffée exclusivement pour les clients Willowpointe est à moins d'une minute à pied par la porte d'entrée. Vous pouvez également marcher 5 minutes au Ventura Country Club pour nager dans leur piscine de taille olympique, jouer au golf à des taux de membres, s'entraîner dans le centre de fitness, jouer au tennis, manger au restaurant, visiter la bibliothèque, et plus encore.

Wonderful Place!

We had a wonderful week at the condo. Spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. Bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was great. Close to the airport but the jet noise wasn't bad. Loved sitting out on the lanai and watching the golfers, birds, and lizards.

Great Condo

Stayed here for 16 nights condo was lovely really clean and had everything you needed. Pool only 50 yards away almost always no others in there really peaceful. I can’t fault anything it was great thank you Barbara.

Perfect stay

We had a perfect week mixed with a vacation and a dance competition. The location of the condo allowed us to drive a few times to the beach while being perfectly located for a dance competition in Orlando. The condo is clean, fully equipped and provided plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We called it home after just a few days 🙂

Great location to do all things Orlando! Served as a great place for us to rest and recharge!

Location was great. We didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities because we were so busy. The golf course and pool were great escapes on our down days. Barbara was great and easy to communicate with. I would recommend Barbara and her property. We will be back.

awesome ground floor condo

The first thing I said was entering the condo was "Wow oh wow"! It was exactly as described in the listing. So impressed with the facility, check-in, and security. We were in town visiting our daughter and family, so we did not use the pools and all the other options, but they looked great. The location is excellent.

Convenient and Cozy

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit in Orlando due to this great VRBO. It was convenient to all the places we visited. We went to our Grandson’s graduation at UCF, Disney World, and several restaurants in the area. It was also convenient to our daughter and her family’s home. My granddaughter and I enjoyed the pool a couple of days which was located just a few feet from this condo. My husband and I enjoyed our morning tea out on the screened in back porch, watching the birds on the golf course. We were very comfortable there and found the property clean and cozy. Would like to return the next time we are in the area.

Well-maintained, neat and clean

Nice family home in Ventura community. This ground level condo has a smaller patio with a ceiling fan and a full screen facing trees and a gulf course. It had everything we needed on arrival including towels and toiletries. Kitchen, washer and dryer were all new and clean. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Communication with Barbara was very fruitful. We had a great stay. Thanks.

Relaxing and great location

Unit was the perfect size and fully equipped with everything my family and I needed for our extended stay in Orlando. Back patio is beautiful and overlooks B the second hole on the golf course with the community pool directly in front/ across from the unit. We had an issue with a water leak in the master bathroom and Barbara quickly worked with Judy on a resolution. Fantastic communication with Barbara especially when the internet went out in the area. I work remotely so being kept informed of when it would be restored was he.

Perfect Location and Hidden Gem

This was a nice condo in a beautifully secluded, yet easily accessible location. Nestled in the back of the property, the Florida room had a beautiful and quiet view of the golf course and a stream with wooded area beyond. It is around 30 minutes from the Disney and Universal Theme Parks, less than 15 minutes from the Airport, has a pool within walking distance, and nearby grocery, shopping, and many restaurants (both chain and local) nearby. Loved the fact that there were two bathrooms, so our family could get ready faster in the mornings, and the laundry room allowed us to pack lighter, so we could leave more room for souvenirs to bring home. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the ice maker in the freezer. Would love to stay here again, and hopefully have more time to relax and enjoy it (vs. all of the running to theme parks that we did).

This condo is lovely in every way. Beautiful area. Condo is clean and very comfortable. The owner, Barbara, was delightful and gave helpful instructions and information on things to do in the area. Would definitely rent this again!

Summer getaway

This condo is a perfect location with all the amenities from the pool, golf course, the canal out back with lots of wildlife viewing and the condo is equipped with everything one would need for a great trip. The owners are very easy to communicate with and Ventura Country Club is a beautiful property.

We purchased our condo in 2011. But for many years previous to that, we had visited there. Our dear Aunt Willy had owned it. Upon her death, we were able to purchase it.
So we have many, many good memories there already.
After purchasing, we started the updating process.
It was newly painted and new ceramic tile throughout, but we added new appliances, updated the decor, and completely redid the 2nd bedroom .. Each time we visit, we still think of Aunt Willy and the good times there. Our wish is that you will also create some pleasant memories as you enjoy your time at our condo.

Our gated Ventura country club community is safe and quiet. The landscaping is beautiful, the people are friendly, and you can easily walk from condo to pool to country club , golf, and resturant

Close to airport 10 minutes, and 30 minutes from Attrations and 15 from downtown
Golf on site... Renters get member rates. Golf course was completely renovated in 2023
Very friendly people... you can meet at the pool for social hour daily.
Lots of activities to participate in here at Ventura country club or enjoy the quiet surroundings and high speed internet if you have to work while visiting
Much much more... we love it here...
