Ce luxueux appartement moderne de 95 m² entièrement rénové avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains + terrasse + WiFi est au milieu d'une station balnéaire tropicale calme avec sécurité 24 heures. Savourez un cocktail dans l'une des deux piscines rafraîchissantes. D'autres options de loisirs seraient le terrain de tennis / golf, l'élégant club-house avec son propre restaurant et bar, des pistes de jogging, un centre de remise en forme, un grand lac, des barbecues, une aire de jeux pour enfants, un basket-ball, une sécurité 24h / 24 et bien plus encore. Seulement 529,00 $ par semaine. Pas de frais de nettoyage. Chaque réservation comprend l'utilisation gratuite d'un «NAVI» / GPS », d'une sélection de boissons gazeuses et d'un forfait de réduction de coupons Super Spar et des cartes d'Orlando et de la Floride. J'ai également mis en place un dossier pour mes invités avec des recommandations de restaurants à proximité ainsi que des supermarchés, des pharmacies, Aldi, Walmart, des hôpitaux et des médecins. Tout est pris en charge. Comme je vis à seulement 5 minutes de Ventura et que je vis à Orlando depuis 15 ans, je peux vous donner de bons conseils sur Orlando et les parcs à thème. Cet appartement de vacances a été entièrement rénové il y a quelques mois à peine. Meublé avec des meubles raffinés et un style de vie très moderne. Les salles de bains sont neuves et extrêmement luxueuses avec du granit et des carreaux de très bon goût. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat LCD, DVD, WiFi gratuit, appels téléphoniques gratuits aux États-Unis, répondeur et bien plus encore. Je propose également gratuitement une large sélection de guides de voyage allemands à Orlando et en Floride.

Lors de la location de mon appartement, vous pouvez rester dans l'appartement pour la durée de votre séjour
Utilisez gratuitement la «NAVI» déposée. Les sociétés de location de voitures facturent environ 10,00 $ par jour. Le GPS peut être réglé en allemand ou dans de nombreuses autres langues. Tous les parcs à thème / attractions / restaurants / stations-service d'Orlando, etc. sont préprogrammés et peuvent être facilement sélectionnés. Un NAVI est très utile aux États-Unis car tout n'est pas très bien indiqué et vous regardez
facilement déplacé. Vous pouvez également contourner les routes à péage si vous le souhaitez. Économise beaucoup d'argent et de temps !!!!

Jon”s place is 5 stars. All you need is your clothes and food for the fridge. He has every amenity you can ever imagine just like your own home. The country club setting is fantastic with a nice relaxing back patio. I’ll try to rent this for him every time I’m in Orlando.

Perfect place to stay, exceptionally clean and well kept.

ideal vacation

This condo is in a perfect area for adults or families. There is an 18 hole golf course, beautiful pools, on site restaurant and security. We couldn't recommend it more. In addition, you are close to many more restaurants and theme parks. The owner is always available for questions or problems. It is extra clean and has easy access to walking trails and a golf driving range

What you see is what you get!

The condo was everything it showed in the pictures. The owner had a lot of extras available for use during our stay. He responded promply anytime we messaged him and gave great directions. We would definately rent from this owner again!

Great.location close to everything including theme parks. Condon was clean. It was perfect for what we were looking for and we wanted for nothing. No complaints everything was good. Would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Great time in Orlando

We had a great stay in Orlando. My husband and I loved staying at Jans condo, he was a very gracious host! The location was great for Disney World and Universal. Cocoa Beach and Kennedy space center was only a little over an hour away! We ate in the clubhouse restaurant and really enjoyed the prime rib special! We plan on returning to Orlando and Jans condo!

Spacious, Clean Condo.

Great condo and country club for a family vacation in Florida. The condo is spacious, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The golf Course was in great condition and we enjoyed other facilities such as the main club house pool and the smaller pool close to the condo. We also enjoyed food and drink at the 19th hole.

Birthday Getaway

The condo was easy to find and in a great location. The gated community made us feel safe. The condo was very clean, had all the comforts of home and detailed messaged were left for us to answer any questions. Jan was also very helpful and readily available to address any additional questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Fantabulous Place to Stay

This was the best vacation rental we have stayed in. It was clean, spacious, and lots of amenities. We enjoyed the pools and daily walks in the gated community. This condo location gave us easy access to everything! We also enjoyed the individualized parking spot for the condo. We highly recommend Jan and his condo. He was a very gracious host!

Another great stay

I have been coming to Ventura CC every March with golf buddies for the last 6 years. This condo is my favorite and I hope it will be available next year too. Clean, comfortable, everything you need. Jan ‘s a wonderful host, check in and check out simple. See you next year Jan!

Helloooo Diane. What a shame that your time at my condo went by so quickly. Thank you sooo much for leaving the condo SOOO SUPER clean. That made my life very easy since I always clean the condo myself and make sure it is always sparkling clean for my new guests to arrive. I live in Orlando and it is very easy for me that way to maintain and clean the condo and I can easily be reached if my guests should have any questions. Till next years Diane !!

Great Vacation

Great vacation at Jan's condo in Ventura Country Club. What a great feeling when your walk in the door and it is meticulously clean and well furnished. Jan also provided all the maps, brochures, coupons and travel books to make navigating the Orlando area simple. Jan is also a very nice guy, we met him when he just finished cleaning the condo. Yes he cleans the condo himself, to make sure its done right.

I always make sure that my vacation condo is 100% clean. That is the most important !!! My guests love spending their dream vacation at my new modern super clean vacation condo.

OUR HOME IN ORLANDO - VENTURA GOLF COUNTRY CLUB

Back home for some vacations days in Orlando, we were pleased to find the place super clean and upgraded since last year. It has been the same since our first stay here 6 or 7 years ago. This gated community the condo is a part of it, is really a safe place with guards patrolling 24 h a day and Police Officers watching for safety and speeding .... Parking our car in front of our door is a plus, easy contact and fast reacting owner makes our stay enjoyable . The condo is perfectly situated at 20 mn driving car from the Mall at Millenia or Winter Park historic center. Public, CVS and Walmart are at a few minutes distance.
