Perfect spot in N. Charleston

We had a great stay in N. Charleston and this was the perfect spot. It was centrally located between all the restaurants, bars, shopping, and Riverfront Park and the house had everyhting you could ask for. The hosts were attentive, and the hot tub was an added bonus. We would stay again!

Perfect house with great location

The house was extremely clean with the perfect amount of space for our family. We loved the location. So easy to walk to great restaurants. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Charleston.

We stayed at this property to visit the College of Charleston and see the surrounding areas. House is extremely well done and clean. Easy access to downtown, the college and the beach. Great short stay for us and our kids.

Wedding Weekend

Our family attended a Friday wedding in downtown Charleston but decided to stay in Park Circle. We’re very familiar with this area and prefer staying in a home with more parking and easy accessibility to restaurants and parks for the children. This home has a wonderful floor plan and was very clean when we arrived. The location is excellent and we’d definitely stay here again in the future. They had a large basket of snacks available and the kitchen had great appliances if you needed to prepare meals. We highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable home to enjoy when visiting Charleston!

Visiting Downtown Charleston

The house was as described in the listing. The rooms and beds worked perfectly for our group. It was an easy commute to downtown Charleston, which was the purpose of our visit. We didn't choose the location for the local attractions, and didn't have the desire to venture out to explore. The hot tub is a nice perk. Kelly was a responsive host.

Perfect getaway home

Perfect house with the cutest decor. Has everything you could need while renting a home! About a 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston and the drive was not bad at all! Would def stay here again! 10/10! Hot tub outside looked so nice but we did not have a chance to take advantage of it!

Home away from home

We were visiting for our son’s college parents’ weekend. We wanted to give him a “home” for the weekend and this house fit the bill. It was close to downtown and the beaches. The location was excellent. We were able to do his laundry and eat dinner as a family. The house is updated and clean. My favorite part was being able to Bluetooth music in the bathroom! We would stay there again.

Great location in North Charleston!

Great location for the North Charleston area. We attended a music festival at Riverfront Park and it was very close and convenient in proximity. Very clean and roomy. Only downside was very poor internet connectivity, so we couldn’t stream TV or video on our devices. Also very low water pressure in fridge to fill your water bottle, so it took a while to fill up. Other than that, great spot!

Love, love, love

From the moment we pulled up we knew it was going to be a great stay. The home is beautiful on the inside and well taken care of on the outside. This was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in and ive never stayed in a dirty one. The home has everything you need. Communication was simple and prompt during our stay. It is in a central location to all things 'Charleston' with several great restaurants very close to the house. Will definitely book again and recommend to friends and family. Even came with a helpful friendly neighbor.

North Charleston

The property was exactly like the pictures! From the moment we walked in we were impressed with how clean and well maintained it was. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. We actually walked to dinner at LoLA on our first night. It was awesome. There is also a place for brunch at a place close by. It took less than 15 minutes to get into downtown Charleston. Well-priced, clean, and convenient! Thanks Kelly I will definitely recommend your home to friends!

Cozy home

Myself and 3 other ladies visited Charleston for a girls trip. We stayed at this beautiful cozy house. The layout was great. Spacious kitchen, beautiful master bathroom. Even enjoyed the hot tub. We had no issues with distance to places we wanted to visit. I only have one 'ding'. The beds were very low. I'm a 50 year old lady and I managed. Overall, a beautiful place with outstanding amenities.

Exceeded Our Expectations

When we arrived everything was as described. We were pleasantly surprised by the snacks, wine and chilled wine glasses. The kitchen was perfectly equipped to cook most meals, there were plenty of linens, internet was easy to connect to and the house was spotless. The decorations were welcoming and elegant. The owner communicated when trash day was and when the guy treating the hotub would be by. They hotub was clean and perfect after a day of fun. We were able to easily walk to a local coffee shop, multiple restaurants and a park from the house. We would definitely recommend and hope to return next year!

Refectory layout.

My husband and I were in town for a trade show at the convention center. We were here with our son his wife and 3 kids. The house was perfect for us. A good size master suite down stairs with 2 good size bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with a tub/shower and toilet separated from the sink and vanity. There was a fenced in yard that was nice for the kids. The house was about 10 minutes from the convention center and about 25 minutes to the beach. 2 vehicles easily fit in the driveway. The only criticism I have is that there was no new sponge in the kitchen. (I know minor but a bit annoying). I would stay there again.

Disappointed

When we reached the house, the garbage bin was overflowing and smelling really bad. The grass was not cut for weeks. The third day, we woke up to no water supply. After multiple try to reach the host and failed, I called the Charleston water department. I was told that the owner did not pay the water bill. So, they disconnected the water supply. Then I called Vrbo customer service and reported. After several phone calls and spending a few hours trying to get water supply, we had to drive to a restaurant (which is not nearby as described in the ad) to go to the bathroom. I still haven't received at least an apology or any compensation.

Loved our stay, felt like home

House was great and perfect for our girls trip. plenty of space, newer home so everything was nice and was great to be able to enjoy the hot tub after walking around all day. Appreciated the small touches like hair binders and other bathroom necessities and some candy and popcorn. Was a nice extra!

This home is a custom built 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. The large open floor plan is perfect for gathering for family vacations, girls weekends, guys golf trips or a couples getaway. Enjoy home cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Gather around the farm house style dinning room table for family meals or to play games. The out door patio is perfect for grilling and chilling. If you like to smoke bbq or fire up the grill this is the perfect place to stay. While you are waiting for some home made BBQ you can relax and sit back in the the 6 person hot tub or play some corn hole in the side yard. When you aren't relaxing at the house you are just steps to famous local restaurants and Charleston attractions.
