Dog Friendly, Fully Gated, Private Cabin by Fool Hollow Lake

The White Mountains is a majestic outdoor paradise with lakes, streams and diverse canyons found in Arizona. Enjoy it firsthand at our cabin retreat nestled in a quite family neighborhood surrounded by tall pines, trails and beautiful weather. Our 2bed/2bath 1,306 sqft home sits on 1/2 acre, completely fenced in so kids can play securely. Located less than .5 mile from Fool Hollow Lake. Downtown Show Low, Show Low Park and Aquatic Center, and all necessities are less than 4 miles away.
The space
Inside the home you will find it to be comfortably furnished, including amenities such as; Keurig machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, as well as the kitchen being fully stocked and equipped with everything you could need, including some cooking spices, coffee, pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils, and glassware.
The master bedroom has a full private walk-in bathroom, two walk-in closets, California King bed with resort feel duvet, desk area for working, tv with Roku for personal login, and an electric fireplace for a relaxing ambiance with or without heat.
The second bedroom has two twin beds with resort feel duvets, noise machine, and full closet. There is also a pack n play and children’s toys, if needed.
The family room has a TV with Roku for personal login, we offer free Wi-Fi for entertainment. There is no cable TV service provided.

There is a U-shaped driveway for parking.
Outside the home offers a fully gated front and backyard. In the backyard there is covered, half screened patio seating, uncovered seating and table with a new propane fireplace, two chair hammocks secured in tall pines to enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery.
In the front yard there is bistro seating in the grass area to enjoy morning coffee, and a glider bench on the front patio, both fully secured with gate.

Your dogs are welcomed, but you will need to notify us at booking of any. There will be an extra $120 nonrefundable pet fee included at the time of booking. Your dogs will have access to their own doggy door. You will be responsible for cleaning up after them and ensuring that there is no excessive dog barking as this is a quiet and serene neighborhood and will incur fees if the dogs are not cleaned up after properly. Absolutely no dogs on any bed or furniture.

There is absolutely no smoking, illegal drug use or vaping in the home. This includes cigarettes and marijuana. Any smoking or narcotics in the home will result in a $300 fee. This is a family home, and legal or illegal narcotics will not be tolerated.
Guest access
Entire home, backyard and front yard are accessible. Garage is the only space that is inaccessible.
Other things to note
Please bring your own propane for fireplace.
There are outdoor cameras on premises.
The property gets a frequent professional pest control service; however, this is the White Mountains so some can slip through.
