The Space:

This spacious South Lake Tahoe home combines a quiet mountain setting with flexible spaces and family-friendly amenities. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas, a private hot tub, and dedicated game space, the home is well suited for family vacations, group getaways, ski trips, and mountain escapes throughout the year. Hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible directly from the neighborhood, while Lake Tahoe is approximately 3.5 miles away, Heavenly Cal Lodge is 3.7 miles away, and the casinos are about 4.5 miles away.



The main living area provides comfortable space for the group to gather, while a second living area gives everyone room to spread out. Five Smart TVs, YouTube TV, high-speed WiFi, a Blu-ray player, stereo system, and Nintendo Wii provide plenty of entertainment options. Central heat and air conditioning keep the home comfortable throughout the year, while the gas fireplace adds warmth on cooler Tahoe evenings.



The fully equipped kitchen is designed for preparing meals for the whole group, with a large island, built-in gas stove, built-in oven with heating tray, cookware, dinnerware, and plenty of preparation space. An 8-person dining table plus additional island seating provides room for meals, games, and gathering together.



The game area gives the group another place to spread out, with a pool table and foosball table. Combined with the Nintendo Wii, 5 Smart TVs, YouTube TV, Blu-ray player, and private hot tub, there are plenty of options for relaxing and entertaining without leaving the home.



The primary suite features a king bed, sleeper sofa, and 50" Smart TV. Its private bathroom includes a double vanity, large glass shower, and jetted soaking tub. The second upstairs bedroom features two twin-over-twin bunk beds, providing four individual twin beds and a flexible setup for children or groups traveling together.



The lower level includes a king bedroom with 43" Smart TV and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, twin bunk bed, and 43" Smart TV. The lower-level bedroom has convenient private access to the downstairs bathroom. A Pack 'n Play is also provided for younger children. The home has 10 beds across four bedrooms, with additional sleeping space and the ability to accommodate extra children under 6 years old under the local vacation rental ordinance.



Outside, enjoy the private backyard, patio seating, propane BBQ, and private hot tub. The surrounding neighborhood provides direct access to local hiking trails, making it easy to get outside without driving. After a day exploring Tahoe, the hot tub provides a convenient place to unwind before heading back inside for dinner or a game of pool.

Guest Access:

You will have full and private access to the entire cabin during your stay, including all four bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the spacious living and dining areas, and the laundry room. Outdoors, you are welcome to enjoy the private backyard, the patio with seating, and the relaxing hot tub. You will also have access to the garage for parking. Please note that one owner closet remains locked and is not accessible to guests.

You are tucked away in a beautiful mountain setting surrounded by forest, yet you remain just a short 5 to 10 minute drive from the heart of South Lake Tahoe. This prime location allows you to easily explore local restaurants, vibrant shops, and the stunning lakefront before retreating to the peaceful atmosphere of your private getaway. For outdoor enthusiasts, the adventure begins right outside your door with direct access to local hiking trails, making it an ideal base for exploring the natural beauty of the Tahoe basin.



Getting Around:

We highly recommend having a vehicle during your stay in South Lake Tahoe to fully enjoy the surrounding mountain attractions. While ride sharing services such as Uber and Lyft as well as local taxi companies are available in the area, having your own car provides the most flexibility for exploring. Please note that we provide free parking for up to four vehicles on the premises, with two spots in the garage and two in the driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited in our neighborhood.
