Our quintessential desert retreat features indoor-outdoor living and dining at its best. The sparkling private pool, outdoor cooking and dining area afford visitors the perfect setting to unwind and soak up the warm desert sun.
Everything about this residence is top of the line, first class and immaculately clean. Please note, for your safety and security reasons our homes have exterior cameras. The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in. Before you check out, please empty all trash into the big bins outside. Check out time is 11am sharp. Smoking is only allowed in the backyard. You must dispose of your cigarette butts into the trash, please do not leave it on the ground. Any violation of the house rules will result in the forfeit of your security deposit. Violations include (but not limited to) holding an event or party, smoking inside the home, bringing a pet, and reporting incorrect number of guests.
All outdoor activity must cease from the hours of 10pm-7am. There cannot be any activity/noise in the backyard or audible noise emanating from the house from the hours of 10pm-7am. This noise ordinance has been put in to place by the city and it is strictly enforced.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home including the private pool and laundry room. This is a completely private home, there is no one else that will be on property during your stay.
Guests have access to garage, its 7 Feet High and 12 Feet wide.
Guests will access the home using a digital keypad located on the front door.
The house is equipped with Nespresso machine.
Other things to note
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!
Parties, events, or large unruly gatherings are not permitted. You will be asked to leave without refund.
There is a noise monitor called NOISEAWARE in the outdoor patio area. It’s only active for quiet hours (10pm-7am). It alerts when ambient sound levels reach a certain threshold that would possibly disturb the neighbors. Guests are notified to prevent possible noise complaints from neighbors.
In order to protect this beautiful home, we request additional information from guests without host reviews. In order to book, please provide information concerning the nature of your visit as well as additional information on the guests that will be a part of this group.
House Rules we would ask kindly for you to follow:
- No smoking inside, (outdoors is ok). Please discard any and all cigarette butts in the trash.
- There are no pets of any kind allowed.
- We do not allow any portable speakers in the backyard.
- No eating, on the beds or furniture.
- Parking is limited to garage, the driveway and curb side directly in front of the property.
- Check in 4pm - Check out 11am.
Cleaning Policy: The house must be left as found, meaning no damage or missing items to receive a full security deposit refund. The security deposit will be returned to you if the house is left with no damage, missing items and or additional cleaning charges. The original $199 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Guests must agree to the following:
1. You will leave the house in the same condition as arrival, minus the normal cleaning that we do.
2. You will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property caused by your negligence.
3. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property or pool area.
4. You agree to forfeit any portion of the security/damage deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, missing items or additional cleaning.
- Our pool maintenance person comes every Tuesday between 1pm - 5pm.
- Pool is not heated!
Guests must agree to the following before using the pool:
1. NO kids under the age of 16 can swim without adult supervision.
2. You must keep all doors to the pool area closed at all times.
3. NO glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area.
3. NO running, diving, flips or horse play of any kind is allowed.
4. Pool is 7 ft deep.
5. NO swimming in pool past 10pm or before 7am to respect the neighbors.
6. Pool light switch is located in the BBQ area (next to the main electrical fuse).
7. We ask that if you turn the pool light on please turn if off when you are finished.
8. If you notice any pool problems, please do not swim at all and notify us immediately so that we can address it.
9. Please do not use the inside towels for swimming. Please only use the pool towels. They are located in your room.
10. If there is an emergency, please dial 911 immediately.
Guest(s) understand that hosts/homeowners will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests for using the pool of any kind. Under no circumstances will guests hold the owners or host of this Airbnb/vacation rental responsible for any injuries, damages or claims of any kind resulting from using the pool or staying. This agreement and disclaimer applies to all guests in the Renters’ party. Renters are fully responsible for any and all additional guests whom come on the property when they are renting it. This disclaimer was acknowledged and agreed upon prior to booking this home through Vrbo.
