Modern/Rustic 2-bedroom Townhouse + Bonus Loft
Newly renovated modern/rustic three-story A-Frame townhome!
Small, but cozy, this 2 bedroom (+ loft) space can comfortably accommodate 5 people, but it should be noted that there's only 1 full bathroom!
The location is perfect: quiet and scenic while only being minutes from downtown Winter Park and two miles from the WP Resort. Vasquez Road is .4 miles from the front door to access everything the National Forest has to offer (hiking, snowshoe excursions, mountain biking, etc).

The Space
2 bedrooms with two queen beds and a full size loft bed. The home feels open and spacious with 20-foot ceilings that include a moss rock fireplace and two stories of windows that face the big dipper for star watching or a majestic snowy evening by the fire.
There are a lot of steps and not a lot of privacy (it's small and open), but it's an amazingly fun place to stay with the right group! I've provided a detailed breakdown below.

The main level open floor plan consists of a living room, kitchen and dining room with table large enough to accommodate six plus a half bath.
The first level is separate from the bedrooms that are found on the second and third floors with private balconies. The living room has an electric fireplace, 55-inch Smart HDTV with Xfinity cable, DVD, Wi-Fi access, a leather sectional to spread out on as well as a European lounge chair. A fully equipped kitchen with black/stainless appliances, stainless farmer kitchen sink, and wooden countertops has all the modern amenities found at home.
Just outside your door there is patio seating where you can relax during the summer or winter under the garden lights or in the summer and fall months enjoy a meal at the picnic table. A new BBQ is also included for outdoor cooking.

The second floor offers a work area for those who need to multitask while enjoying time in the mountains. This floor is also the location of the master bedroom and has a king bed. This bedroom opens up over the first floor, so it can be loud if you're trying to sleep and there are people awake (we provide ear plugs in case you're a light sleeper). There is cable and a 32-inch smart TV as well as a walk out deck with vast views of the Continental Divide mountain range. The full bath is on the second floor.

The third-floor access is by a spiral stair case that can accommodate up to 4 quests in a queen and a lofted full bed. The new loft space is perfect for kids to bring friends and have space of their own. There is deck access from the third floor as well as another quarter bath.
